"The sheets on the bed had stains. I requested new sheets twice, but never received any. The front desk barely answered the phone. The food was okay. I had to call and go to the front desk twice to request tissue and soda for the room. The staff were nice and respectful just slow service."

"The Majestic Mirage has been a new experience for me and my family we have been traveling and enjoying this complex since July 2012, on Majestic Colonial Which is my stepfather favorite hotel. The staff on this complex have been polite and with good attention, there is one bad thing and it is the variety of food which is limited sometimes because the main buffet is small for the size of the hotel, we usually had hard time finding something to eat, specially my mother. The pool was good only complain it is the fragmentation, which is about 75% dedicated for adults only, while just 25-30% for family use. Why is this a problem, because in the 7 days we stayed must of the time the family area was too crowded while the adult counterpart usually was empty or relaxed. The Animation team was doing an outstanding job, keeping everyone good mods enjoying the pool with activities, games, and funny competitions Special mentions to Candy who is a very friendly and energetic girl, and also his co-workers Alex and Rafi from the Tiki bar. The room were excellent nothing to complain about it."
