Everything is excellent, except for our room, is not conducive, too dark , small for 2, no exhaust fan in the bathroom, our window side is facing the wall. The restaurants services, room services, and concierge are excellent! The property is excellent! Amazing!

My girlfriend and I went here for fall break (we’re 21 22) and it was an absolute amazing experience. We were horribly sick and still had an amazing experience. The staff was incredibly kind and went the extra mile. They got pharmaceutical meds delivered to us and the drugstore on the property had meds for us. The food was fantastic and had a huge variety of meals. I am gluten free and dairy free and had options for it that tasted fantastic. The facilities drinks were great and the scenery was super romantic. For our very first trip together, I could not have imagined a better experience. We would love to come back when we aren’t sick and can’t wait for when that happens. Thank you to the staff for an amazing experience!

Seaweed is unfortunate. I love the bar tender Ashley from Margaritas on the adult side. I miss Lionel!!!!! The pools are great. The rooms need some work. Drinks are delicious.

Florainy was absolutely amazing, and her service was truly incredible throughout our entire stay. The people working at this resort genuinely make all the difference in creating an exceptional experience for guests. Their dedication, warmth, and professionalism elevated what could have been just another vacation into something truly memorable and special. I also want to give special recognition to the wonderful older gentleman who works at the front entrance of the resort. Every time we arrived, he greeted us with such warmth and genuine enthusiasm that it immediately set a positive tone for the day. His friendly demeanor and welcoming presence made us feel valued as guests from the very first moment we entered the property. Unfortunately, I didn't manage to catch his name, but his contribution to our experience was invaluable. He represents the kind of hospitality that makes guests want to return again and again. I don’t like the service system. I was not able to register myself in the system and I have to come every time today counter to reserve any restaurants and then when I stop by Restaurant, they couldn’t able to see the reservation since I was not able to get confirmation there was a problem with flight which they fixed the issue for the next day but the hotel took the money and Expedia keep requesting them to at least give extra night While they paid, but they were not compromising or giving any kind of benefits and this stuff was not knowledgeable a lot so anyway, it was very hassle for me too going back-and-forth with the issue with the extended

The quiet time at the hotel and the clearness was great but the service was not the attitude of some of the staff member didn’t like. The other thing that we didn’t like is that they keep on asking us to offer a service and we didn’t really want to be bother we wanted just peace and quiet. The food was ok but not impressive.

En general la estadía estuvo muy buena. El hotel muy bonito, las áreas limpias. En algo que si en general el hotel debe mejorar es en el área de servicio al cliente. Inicialmente tuve una experiencia agridulce con la chica encargada de orientar a los clientes para las reservas de los restaurantes, notamos que no se esmero por satisfacer las necesidades del grupo en el día que inicialmente llegamos al hotel, al final nos resolvió, pero uno se queda con el sabor de la primera impresión. El trato de los empleados del front desk muy bueno. Quiero resaltar el excelente trato del mesero Lenin en conjunto con Alfredo quienes se esmeraron desde el día 1 por satisfacer todas nuestras necesidades. Solo por esos 2 empleados volveríamos a hospedarnos en el hotel nuevamente….

This Resort was an amazing experience. My partner enjoyed this property, we also got very friendly service from the entertainment team. 10/10. The only downside from us was the food quality over quantity. In addition the room smelled like wet towel and had small amounts of mold in the bathroom due to no circulation. All outdated construction that they currently were working up as we enjoyed ourselves this week.
