This was the best resort we have ever been to. The staff and the food were exceptional. The a la carte restaurants actually served delicious food and the facilities and the beach were stunning.

Positives: Weather was fantastic, travel time for us was great, staff are very helpful and happy. Pools and beach are very nice. The food was average at best, often very bad - over cooked, served lukewarm. The best food we had throughout were at the BBQ / Paella at the adult beach - fresh & delicious. The practice of people 'reserving' pool and beach chairs by placing towels at 6-7 am is ridiculous and should absolutely not be allowed. The beach area reserved for privileged guests has the worst wifi signal in the entire resort - unusable. The room would have been very nice but is is aging - e.g. the sliding doors are literally falling apart, the re-grouting in the bathroom areas is very unprofessionally done - with black mould in places. We were offered a shower & changing room to reserve as our departure was late in the day - a very nice service. We had a 20 minute time slot but when we went to use it, ia room was not available. They then sent us to the Spa which would have been great except they had no towels. Awful experience to end our visit.

Room was spotless, very nice room and view by the pool. The staff was very friendly. Wilmer was the person on charge of help us with dinner reservations and provide us with general information about the hotel, he was very friendly and respectful he spoke very well English. The property was in good condition. Really, we accomplish our goal: to rest. We scheduled a very relaxing massage by the beach. I love that hotel offers a variety of restaurants to choose from. Also 20 min from the airport it was perfect.

Second time there, but we where disheartened with the lack of bar service at the pool areas. Last year we were asked about drinks several times throughput the hour. This time, about once an hour. The staff within Beloved were very shourt handed and took almost 30 minutes to get water or soda after sitting down.

The room and the resort were beautiful. The food wasn’t that good, and there weren’t many options at the restaurants. The staff was wonderful, very polite, and courteous. There weren’t many activities going on at the resort which was kind of a bummer. The housekeeping staff was phenomenal.

My spouse and I chose this resort for our honeymoon and were really looking forward to a special experience. Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations. When we checked in, the front desk staff did not provide a clear explanation of the resort amenities, activities, or dining options. As first-time guests, we felt left to figure everything out on our own. We also mentioned that it was our honeymoon, but there was no acknowledgment or small gesture to make the stay feel special. While we understand that not all properties offer complimentary extras, a simple acknowledgment would have gone a long way. When we raised our concerns, the manager seemed to immediately side with the staff member rather than listening to our experience, which left us feeling dismissed.

Great housekeeping, good bar staff. Food was hit or miss - breakfast buffet was good, lunch was good, steakhouse was good, steak at Thalassa (sp?) was terrible. Nachos at snack bar not good. Grounds are beautiful! You have to fight for a chair at the pools every day, despite signs up saying you can't reserve chairs longer than 45 mins.

The staff make this place. This was our 11th visit and we have rebooked for October. Apparently the resort was at 100% occupancy and you could tell from our usual October trips. It was difficult to get pool side seats at any at the pools even the beach at one time was full. The only major complaint I have that the resort should deal with are the dogs hanging around the Bloved restaurant. I love puppies as much as the next person but not when I’m eating out. Food was great, again we did have difficulty getting in at the restaurants but once there treated like rock stars by staff and food was varied and tasty Happy to go back in October to see our Dominican friends.
