Processed food overload. Shocked at lack of fresh options specifically in restaurants that require reservation. Its the same bulk processed food from the buffets. 6/7 meals the food was not served hot and the mix of humanity makes for unsanitary safe serving practices particularly at the buffets. Most service providers are kind, genuine and demonstrate hood customer service. The exceptions leave a bad impression.

I loved the spa and the water pools at the spa, the golf course was in great shape as well. I wish this site had a swim up bar. I also think it would be even better if it had a jacuzzi near the pools as well.

Great location, though rooms need some update. Food buffet need more variety. Vendors at the beach need to be less disturbing.

Golf course was nice. Servers were excellent! Didn’t like that we couldn’t did into a couple restaurants because they said they were full.

Many of the restaurants were closed so we were forced to use the buffet for many meals. Food was always cold. Our electric plug ins quit working. We called the front desk several times and they said they would send someone down to fix it. No one ever came. This 70 year old woman had to climb on a chair and reset the breaker located in the top of the closet!

Cleanliness ot the outside of buildings needed washed, in room living room counter tops were sticky...food was pretty good, staff was very good Virginia, Franklin,Noelle made our day each day so nice and helpful!!! This was during Covid so not much for entertainment at night only the little market was open..was easy to get tested for covid, went smoothly just had to make an appointment. Overall not to bad...

Overall, we had a great time at this resort. The staff were wonderful. Rooms were clean. Food at the buffet was ok. Main dishes at the restaurants were very good.

The rooms smell to insecticide, the furniture is aged, the food in the reservation restaurants is the same, with a fancy name, as in the buffets. Excellent customer service, very nice and friendly staff.
