The whole place was very clean and nice. We booked on line thru orbits but when we checked in they wanted credit card as deposit for encase of damage. I paid with card as it should have stated on reservations about another charge
Staff was friendly and understanding, we have 3 small kids. Close to the beach for a reasonable price. Shuttle to private beach boardwalk.
The room was standard Hampton Inn quality but the staff was well trained and very interested in assuring our stay was above average. What really impressed us was the service provided by the breakfast staff person. When she discovered that our grand daughter was celebrating her 9th birthday, she went out of her way to make experience memorable.
This hotel is well located but it needs some maintenance. Elevator very slow.
Great location, just off the highway. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff are very friendly and helpful, and breakfast is a nice extra!
Same as Chattanooga, just perfect. Clean, staff very helpful, pool just right for kids, and the milk and cookies in lobby during evening a must.
We got in late and desk attendant was extremely helpful and polite
Staff was very accomodating, and respected our needs. Location was not far from Tuscaloosa, and close enough to the Univ. Of Alabama campus so it made it convenient for travel to and from the campus.
Only a ten minute ride to campus, this hotel was very clean and located near several fast food options as well as a Couple of sit down restaurants. The staff was extremely helpful and very nice. Breakfast included a full array of options for us to choose from.
Efficient arrival, staff told me where to go for a meal at 9.30pm - Ruby Tuesday - good meal. Disappointing breakfast. But lots of hot water and a clean room. Didn't have shaving cream, staff supplied it.
I was there on business. Hotel staff was very accomodating. Decent free breakfast. Right near highway for easy access. Convenience stores right close by.

Thank you for your review. We are happy to see you were pleased with out location. We do require a card on file for every guest. If you pay the hotel directly, the deposit is included in your room; with the third party reservations, it is separate since it is not your card we receive. The deposit helps with anyone wanting faster internet, gift shop items, and the occasional damages. The authorization pends, and falls off after a couple business days!
