Hotel was clean, and staff was pleasant at time of check in. King size bed room was comfortable for my family. The only bummer was that they charged for breakfast $18.99 nothing special about it. Also I was forced to valet $34 per day which is just unnecessary money grab.

Spacious lobby. Friendly staff. Water bottle filling station. Concierge room and services were excellent. Pool was small, but a nice place to cool off. Large fitness center with a variety of cardio equipment, weight machines, and a separate room with free weights and benches.

No conditioner in the bathroom for my hair that is below my rear end. Couldn't call to have some brought up while I was in the shower. House keeper knocks on door at 8:25 in the morning when husband and son are sleeping. Valet quickly brought down our car when I called down and it was waiting for us in the evening. However, called to give a 10 minute head start before we came down to check out, and they didn't have our car ready. We had to request our car again at the window. Had to wait for 2 other cars to be brought down before ours (for people who requested at the window but hadn't called down in advance. Sign in the elevators say breakfast (from a menu) is available M-F until 10:00 am. The line directly below says a buffet is served until 11:00. We went to the restaurant and they say they don't have the buffet except on weekends. The sign doesn't specify that it's only weekends. When I checked out, they tried to charge me $30 for parking even though I had already paid for it when I booked the room.

I stayed overnight while handling family business in a nearby town parking was $34.00 extra but worth it with full service valets that provided great in & out service until check out. Always helps to have cash at the ready for tips

The hotel bar area was very impressive. What we didn't like, was they never came in to clean our room. We were gone early and came back late. There was not way for us to know our room was not made up until we got in late. No, the privacy tag was not on the door.
