Check-in process was too slow. Desk staff was inattentive and spent a minute making idle chit-chat with another worker while I was standing there with the form I had signed waiting for him to take it. Point-of-sales terminal said it took Apple Pay but in fact it did not, so this was not contact-less check-in at all. Property has deteriorated now that it is a Sonesta instead of a Marriott.

Convenient for our visit. Quiet and comfortable and well located.

Verdant thermostat in each room is a Placebo. It reads 81 when actual temperature is 70. Rooms and hallways freezing cold. One hotel staff elderly senior man with foreign accent is disrespectful and has a negative condescending attitude. He fails to check reservations, cant answer basic questions and has no business at front desk.

Hotel staff is nice. Except old guy with black hair is arrogant. No wifi for many hours. Elevator can be slow.

All our guesys freezing cold. Rooms have a temperature control but guests canmot control it. Verdant Thermostat falsely reads 80 81 82 - compare with temperature app and rooms 71 degrees. weather is freezing cold outside. Front desk is useless staff. Horrible experience.

Would have liked an electrical outlet in bathroom for night light Lighting over vanity sink was rather dark-difficult for make up application Only mirrors were in vanity sink/closet area so only 1 person could get ready at a time small mirror in bedroom would be helpful Phone: directory indicators seemed off: when I pressed 3 for assistance the recorded message told me I had no messages-took several attempts to reach front desk- Cafe staff both for breakfast and evening were very nice and polite even though they were very busy as a busload of guests all arrived at the same time Elevators were awful--could use some attention (why the light foam on the elevator floor?)

It was a great weekend getaway for dinner with my wife and a basketball tournament for our son🏀🏀,we had a great time.

It was quiet, yet located close to the freeway, food and shopping. Very clean and safe. 24 hour pool. I have no complaints. :)

Excellent customer service and very clean rooms. The parking is big and you do not need parking validation. Very calm neighborhood and it is walking distance from a movie theater and restaurants.

We were disappointed in the size of the room and the amenities. there were only paper cups in the room and bottled water at 3.50 a bottle. No refrigerator or microwave. Maybe we spoiled by the Best Western with breakfast included and a large room. Room was clean though/

my stay was simply the 'night-after-Thanksgiving' category. it was a convenient location near my oldest son's house in Pleasant Hill. everything about the room was typical. however, a few guest observations 1) the room was fresh, clean, and there were no stale odors 2) the bed was firm and very, very comfortable and 3) although I didn't stay for breakfast, it sure was smelling tasty as I exited the lobby. saude!

Very satisfied and would highly recommend this hotel.

Came to the Bay Area from LA to meet with friends from all over the state that we haven't seen in years. The hotel was located in downtown Pleasant Hill with great restaurants. The hotel was very clean and comfortable but the rooms were small. Check-in and check-out was fast and friendly. The lobby has great coffee and mingle room. We will be back.

Fine stay, comfortable bed, plenty of pillows, comfort love seat in hotel room.

My family and I were attending a funeral in town. So having great stay made it easier for us. My kids and I loved the indoor pool! Also my wife and I loved the fact the hotel, meaning the property itself wasn't too big and overwhelming. Decor was nice and up to date for those who care, the room was comfy, clean and a good size. The hotel is in a great location and close to everything. We highly recommend to stay here, we will return when we visit the area.

Good service. My only complaint would be the heavy traffic noise. The staff was wonderful.

It's a good place and there are many great restaurants around there.

24 hour indoor pool...
