The hotel is dirty it need some serious upgrading towels were dingy and bedding bathroom walls were dirty

I like the rooms count the mostly with all amenities, and we didn't heard any noise from other rooms. It was a plus!

The housekeeping was very accommodating. The room was clean and the hotel even serves a complimentary dinner and breakfast. Everything was perfect.

The front desk customers service was professional. outstanding A++

Property rooms needs renovation.!!!! $200 deposit for these rooms are ridiculous. But the bed was very comfortable!

I never thought I'd need a room in Concord, but we made a quick unplanned visit and scrambled for a reasonably price room for a one night stay. As an East Bay resident for numerous years, I've driven by the Clarion a million times but the only previous experience I had there was a meeting for an orientation 20 years ago. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the room and the beds and lines were in great condition and clean. I didn't feel like we were staying in a cheap motel and it felt more like a 5 star than a 3 star place. The breakfast, was amazing... it was also celiac friendly, although probably not on purpose, but that was great since my wife can't eat gluten or she'll be sick for a week or so. They used real eggs and don't try to fancy-up their potatoes and the bacon was nice and crisp. They also had crepes for me and the kids and 3 kinds of juice. So, in the long run, we saved probably close to $50 by not having to go out for breakfast that morning which made the cost of the room even more delightful. Very friendly staff at the hotel and their restaurant so we felt very comfortable. My only two complaints: One, the mini fridge in our room made a loud knocking sound for several minutes every couple of hours, so it was kind of annoying at 3AM; and two, the tv remote didn't work very well. These two things weren't that big of a deal especially after that amazing breakfast. Keep up the great work, Clarion.

This hotel is way outdated and a little sketchy. Does not at all fit the surrounding area.

The hotel staff was fantastic, extremely helpful. The hotel maids cleaned the room everyday and did the best they could considering the carpets was in need of change. The carpets smelled and looked as though they had never been changed. There was visible stains throughout the floor. At the rates for the room, they should have at least upgraded with new carpet.

The hotel is close to the feeewqy but the rooms are dirty.

Very pleasant and staff that would go out of their way to help you. Overall a 4 out of 5. Rooms were clean, furniture comfortable and in good condition, bathrooms awesome. My only criticism is people smoking (including weed) out doors so guests could smell it and the dryer in the laundry room needed work.

we got there and the person at the desk was confused about our stay,I ask for a king size bed and was given two double beds.

the pictures on the website were deceiving. the hotel is like a motel. For the price it seemed like a good deal until we got to the room. the lobby looks really nice but the rooms are like motel rooms, not hotel rooms. Dirty because it's just so old and everything needs to be replaced. The area is nice. Maybe that's why the price was higher. If you're not paying less than 100.00 per night for a room like this you're paying too much. I wish I had paid the extra 40.00 for a better hotel. Check the room before you accept it. Don't look at the pictures on this website to make your decision because they don't reflect the actual condition of this place.

When I got to the hotel it took me over one hourly to check in the employee hade poor customer service very rude and care less about people checking in room was very smelly no remote for the TV when I call for it she just tell me to look for it on top of that it was no parking ugh.
