We were in town for a concert and it happened to be the same day as an Eagles playoff game. Tailgaters throughout parking lot, trash, very difficult to park. The front desk staff were not friendly. The room was old, bed uncomfortable and the toilet ran off and on. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Excellent stay. We came for an event at the navy yard and it was the perfect walking distance to get there. We were easily able to park directly in front of the hotel on the street which was free parking (it is $15 to park in the lot, but the street is super safe and empty as the area is surrounded ...

Friendly service, nice lobby and rooms. Bed was too hard and no microwave unless you pay am extra fee.

I actually ended up staying at their sister property, Marriot Old City. Clean and quiet. Right by the water and the fun. Great place to stay while in town

When it comes to big sporting events, the nearer you stay, the better. You'll need to get in early if you want to nab a room near Citizens Bank Park. There are limited options nearby.
Only 3 miles away, many visitors enjoy spending the night in the middle of Philadelphia. If you want a taste of the good life, a room at the Renaissance Properties - 15 & Chestnut is waiting for you. Alternatively, the Rodeway Inn Center City is an excellent option for those on a tighter budget.
