Toilet was not working, could not flush it. Call customer service was told someone would come out and repair the the next day. No one showed up and the toilet was not fixed. Water was running all day and night. Could not sleep in bedroom because of it.

Great location and high CP value! The unit is brand new with everything you need. We had a bit of a rocky start with a wrong access code, but customer service responded right away to fix it, which I really appreciated. Housekeeping could be a bit more thorough (found some hair and a dirty coffee pot), but overall it’s a comfortable, high-floor unit that I would recommend to others.

Room was not cleaned when we checked in. Towels bundled up in tub, sheets and blankets bundled up in multiple rooms. Bags of garbage not taken out. Nothing cleaned. Management eventually got us put in to different room at approximately 5:15pm.
