Not so Great Hyatt

For a downtown hotel and a Hyatt brand this hotel had a lot to improve. The showers were slippery as glass, and after my adult son fell, we requested some kind of non slip mat. It too 2 requests for it to happen! No safe in the rooms, which in a tourist and business hotel is very unusual. Great location in cener city, but not up to Hyatt standards!

The hotel did require lyft drivers to go anywhere we needed. However, the room was spacious and nice. They charged me $25 for a city view, but it didn’t look like much of s view. It was safe because the hotel was locked down all weekend. You needed to get a key to get in.
