This was the worst experience we have ever had at a Hyatt property. Our room was very, very dusty. Then, every single day we had to practically beg to have our room cleaned and new towels. The Vallet ppl made comments that we were using our car too much. Valerie at the front desk is the only person that seemed to care and tried to help. Very disappointing.

Booked a city view room with two queen beds. Absolutely perfect for our family of four plus our dog! Room is clean and interiors are stunning. Rittenhouse square and Walnut street are close by for some strolling and shopping.
