Rooms was nice and modern, clean. The bed lacked a top sheet and required sleeping directly under a comforter. The hotel failed to pick up the phone when we attempted to call down and request a sheet. Additionally, the room lacked much in the way of soundproofing from the hall. We could easily hear carts rolling down the hall and over thresholds, throughout the stay. If we would have brought earplugs and our own sheet it would have been a 5. We didn't so it wasn't awesome.

Great city centre hotel
Really good location in central Philly. Room was very big, nicely furnished with a great view. Front desk staff were nice snd helpful on the two occasions we spoke to someone.

Really dissapointed with the service. We got to the hotel early to leave our luggage and the check in desk said they would take payment now for the room. When we came back to properly check in the hotel informed us they had not taken payment which they insisted on taking otherwise we couldn’t have the room. Turned out they had taken the payment twice and then some extra. So for a room which should have cost £800 I had £2100 taken with the balance pending to come back into my account. They said they would sort it but I have yet to still have the funds fully credit. I was left without £1350 of spending money thanks to them and had to use wife’s credit card. Also our rooms were cleaned once out of the 3 days despite asked for housekeeping. Room was really big and spacious so no issues and maybe other customers would have a better experience than we did

We were greeted and checked in easily. We got to our room and unfortunately there was a loud, low buzz that could be heard throughout the room. We believe it was some kind of generator outside of the room. Anyway, after 2 hours with it not getting any better I called down to the front desk. Valerie immediately changed our room and then called to check in to see if the new room was ok. Thank you Valerie for being so awesome and solving the problem. You are wonderful and so appreciated.
