We've stayed at this property several times and are always pleased by how clean and quiet the rooms are. They also have a pretty decent breakfast, and cider and tea available in the evenings, which is really nice when you arrive on a cold night! On our most recent stay we were greeted by Tess at the front desk - she was incredibly friendly and super helpful, in spite of the fact that it was late on a holiday evening. She made us feel like family and made our stay even better.

Visited the nearby NWR and stayed here. It's a clean, new-looking hotel. Best of all, there was coffee, hot water, and tea/coca all night, which was very welcome in the winter time. Didn't have a problem with parking and there's both an Sbux and Subway a few steps away. The location is super convenient, near a freeway ramp. Would definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area.

We stayed here on the way from Southern CA to Oregon. Easy access to I5 Breakfast was great. A good variety of options and the options were a step up than the traditional hotel breakfast. Like Chobani yogurt, different types of eggs and sausage. The pastries looked delicious and they even had a GF muffin option, which was pleasantly surprising. Rooms were large and comfortable and Gave our small family some much needed space. Hotel was clean, updated and the Wifi worked great. This was a just a stop on a long car ride but I'm glad we added the extra hour to the day so we could stay here, versus paying more for something that would've been less nice.

Considering there aren't many options to begin with, this is the obvious choice for a clean quiet stay. The beds were comfy and clean bathrooms, the breakfast was adequate, and the staff was friendly. I had a very noisy upper neighbor and the staff quickly moved me with no problems which was appreciated since I had a very early morning.

We stayed here while on a road trip through California because it has good access from I5. It is fairly new and well maintained. The staff helped us with local recommendations and responded to our concern about a noisy refrigerator. The breakfast was above standard for this type of hotel but I would sure love to see whole grain bread and yogurt without sugar. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

After over 7 hours driving (shared every two hours between us two) in gale-force winds and torrential rain (from Alanby, OR) it was a welcome relief to arrive at the IHG property in Willows, CA and be greeted by Larina at the front desk who was more than accommodating. The room we requested was available and awaiting our arrival. Parking behind the hotel allowed us to be 'worry-free' for the safety and security of our contents .. nice work IHG WIllows, CA. The evening chocolate chip cookies just added the best 'topping' to a wonderful stay... we'll be back.

Stayed here for one night on way back to Sacramento Airport. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Our room was spacious and well appointed. Hotel was very quiet. They serve a buffet breakfast that is better than some, but not great. They are within walking distance of several places to eat, including the Black Bear Diner.

Exactly what you expect at a Holiday Inn Express. Goodnight rest and plenty of parking. This is the hotel I always stay at for any Thunderhill track event. It is about 2-3 miles to get to the track. There is no charging station for EV vehicle if anyone is curious about this location.

Stayed here for a week for a job that was about 15 miles away. Checked in late (1:30am) and desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. Nicely lit parking lot and clerk said he makes rounds to make sure everything is safe. Lobby was very clean, room very clean, and bed is comfortable. Lots of TV channels and nice size fridge and even has microwave. Got complimentary cold bottled water and there is a complimentary breakfast every day from 6-9 am. Will definitely stay here again!

You do get what you pay for here, and then some. Big breakfast selection, awesome bedding, spacious room, etc... We signed up for the Rewards Program and got an even better deal. Nice large window looking south toward AAA and Starbucks. Total comfort for the end of a hectic week spent in the Bay Area visiting family. A good place to stop before heading to Oregon. The town is small yet has a convenient Walmart just over the freeway for any last items for the rest of our trip.
