Selected this hotel becuse so close to Ohare Int airporto and the shuttle works great every half an hr,
To me there is no proplem everything just fine, so keep up the good work.
A bit dated. Needs a refresh.............................................
I was able to check in fairly quickly so I could return my rental car and go visit a friend in Chicago for the afternoon. The room has a safe so I could store a few things while I was out. The room was a good size with nice furniture. The hallways are a little dingy. The airport van was hard to find that night, but more important was that it was available early the next morning for my flight out. Front desk people were pretty helpful.
The hotel is very very dated. The walls are paper thin and our bathroom door appeared to have been taken from some other room, which was evidenced by the 3 inch gap in the floor area. I would would not recommend this hotel, nor would I ever stay there again. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR AND IN THIS CIRCUMSTANCE LESS! Terrible
Watch the rate they charge. Calling from airport they charge too much comparing the charge online. Transportation went wrong we had to wait for 45 minutes. Rooms are poor and not very clean. Opening hours are great. It's a good option when you only need a hotel nearby the airport for one night.
The hotel is in need of a painting and some updating of worn doors and carpets. Otherwise it has a pleasant restaurant with reasonable prices and large, sharable portions. The beds were comfortable and the staff was accommodating. The shuttle service to and from the airport was enthusiastic but slow to arrive 3 out of 4 times. Even so, we used this hotel before and after a trip to the near East to guard against travel delays and with the low nightly rate and free breakfast it worked out fine.
There was nothing "quality" about the Quality Inn. The room was dirty...hair in the bathroom...stains on the carpet. The sink faucet in the bathroom was busted and the water would not shut off all the way, just kept dripping. The hotel itself is pretty run-down and outdated. Staff was nice though!
Nice hotel, clean and convenient. Room has some smell but still OK to stay.
We stated at this hotel when we went to riot fest and even though it was a little far from our destination it was still a nice place to stay and the bar down stairs was convenient and I even won $80 on the slots there. All in all it was a good experience.
I liked this hotel however I complained twice about things that needed fixing in the room which finally got their attention.
Good value for its location - close to the airport and to Chicago's outlet mall. About 30-45 minute to downtown Chicago - depending on how bad traffic is. The rooms had a distinct odour and mirrors on the bathroom had black stain marks.
While the price is good, my overall experience at this hotel was not great. The room smelled musty, the shower was old and creaky, and the noise was considerable. The only place in the room I could get a WI Fi signal was the bathroom. On the plus side, the TV was fairly large and new, with the basic cable channels, and the price was fairly low for an airport hotel. I think I will look elsewhere next time, there is probably a better value available.
I did enjoy the comfort of my room a lot, however I was right next to the freeway and it was very loud. Make sure you request a room that is not next to the freeway. The hallways smelled of strong cigarette smoke as well. A big turn-off.
Nothing special, rooms not updated but very convenient to the airport, convenient shuttle to the airport and blue line
front desk was friendly bartenders very good pizza excellent the room was clean and the bed very comfy we would stay here again in the future on our way out of town we had no problem finding the hotel this is our second stay at this quality inn
Great Price and very close to airport and rental car
After arriving at O'Hare around midnight. I walked off the plane, down to the complementary van and into my room at the Quality Inn in about 45 minutes or less. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was adequate and varied enough. The price was right and I would book the hotel again when flying into Chicago. Very cobnvenient!
The hotel was nothing special. It was clean, but the building, and the rooms are out dated. Air circulation in the rooms was terrible. When I first walked in, felt like I walked into a sauna. Air would not circulate in the bath room. Had to crank the air down to 68 degrees to take the humidity out of the room after a shower. Then there was breakfast. They locked my wife out of the breakfast area because it was 9; she had to go back to the room to get something. They also put everything away even though there were people in there that were still waiting to make breakfast. The woman running the breakfast area was incredibly rude! I'm pretty sure the next time I'm in town, I will spend the extra money and stay down the street at the Comfort Inn.
nice breakfast, including hard boiled eggs and Belgian waffles. Helpful staff.
