Though there was construction on the property going on, my stay was quiet. The hotel was clean and well appointed, the staff was great and the room was ample and clean. Parking was great and critical for me as I had a boat in tow.

Despite all of the restrictions from covid they really made an effort to get you a good breakfast clean rooms and great service

The property was dirty, under the sofa there was cheerios and other stuff, I didn't expect a 5* but it is horrible, there's probably nothing much better in chester but if you can stay elsewhere do yourself a favor. Staff tried to help but they weren't offering compensation or tried their best.
Tracy is welcoming at the reception and is very efficient keeping the breakfast items fresh and well stocked.
Hotel is located near grocery stores and restaurants and 30 minutes from entrance to Lassen Volcanic National Park. It is large and modern and clean.

The property was clean and had fresh scent to the hallway and room. The exercise room was kept clean and supplies were available at reach.
We visited when the snow in the area was still feet deep (so pool was not open). We appreciated that we found a place that was pet friendly. The morning breakfast includes many options: yogurt, fruit, cereal, hard boiled eggs, sausage, bacon, waffle maker, and more! It is always nice to have a fridge and microwave in the room as well as a table, two chairs, and two luggage stands (not sure of the name for those).
