This sleek 2,200 sq ft home offers a seamless blend of mid century modern, minimalist and contemporary Asian and Moroccan designs, fine furnishings and original art. The architectural details, open floor plan, straight lines, flow and natural light make this a glamorous and soothing home ideal for indoor/outdoor entertaining and relaxation.

The main living room is spacious and bright. It features a modern concrete hearth gas fireplace and a wall mounted 75" Smart TV with home theater surround sound. The adjacent lounge room has a sumptuous custom designed Moroccan daybed perfect for napping or reading. Both living areas open up to the private backyard and offer breathtaking views of the mountains and the pool/spa.

The kitchen is a favorite gathering space for friends and family. Fully equipped for the true gourmet, it features stunning zebra wood and glass cabinets, open shelves, modern appliances, a large Caesar stone island with counter stove-top grill, range hood, wine chiller and Lucite counter stools. In addition, there is a formal dining room with seating for eight under a skylight. All three bedrooms have new “Sealy Reserve Ultra Plush” mattresses, and were designed with eclectic touches that bring together the contemporary, Moroccan and Asian themes.

The luxurious spa master bathroom features a large and exquisite glass mosaic shower with a rain shower head, three body sprays, a corner bench with a hand held spray, and an oversize soaking tub. The master bathroom itself is truly a heavenly retreat.

The backyard, minimally landscaped with ficus and citrus trees, offers complete privacy and picturesque mountain views. There is a large saline water pool/spa with waterfall, tanning shelf and color lights. The patio area is south facing and gets maximum sun and light all year round. There is also a covered patio area, a gas BBQ, and beautiful and comfortable outdoor Moroccan dining and lounging furniture.

Dar Sabrina is conveniently located in wind free south Cathedral City adjacent Rancho Mirage. It is nestled in a quiet street near Rancho Mirage restaurant row on highway 111 and only 15 minutes from the Palm Springs international airport, the shops and restaurants of downtown Palm Springs and the famous El Paseo Shopping District in Palm Desert.

RULES AND POLICIES:

• Cathedral City has a strict noise ordinance in place for all vacation rentals stating that there is no outdoor amplified music allowed at any time and quiet hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM. They are very strict with the enforcement of this ordinance and we ask that all guests agree to obey these rules prior to booking We want to ensure guests have an enjoyable vacation but that our neighbors privacy and enjoyment of their property is also respected.

Amazing spot to relax!

My wife and I booked 5 nights and all I can say is wow! Right from the start, great communication and super responsive. The place is in a quiet neighborhood, close to everything you could want. The house is very well set up and spacious with a very well equipped kitchen. Great TV set up and the bathroom off the master is fantastic. If you want a private back yard pool, can’t beat this! Lots of floaties, BBQ and chairs. I can’t rate this high enough, we loved it and hope to return!

Nice desert oasis

The property was lovely and a great getaway for a couple. Looks like a good property for families too. My only issue was that there seemed to have been some food in the fridge that we couldn’t tell if it was from the previous stay or if it was meant to be shared between guests. We weren’t sure so we just let it be and threw our own stuff out when our stay was over. There was also some weird flying insects coming into the bathroom. Aside from that, it was a wonderful place we hope to come back to again!

Wonderful getaway

Dar Sabrina is a fantastic place to stay near Palm Springs! A well-designed custom home with its own pool & spa, central location, and quiet neighborhood. We rarely ventured out, since it was so comfortable to just lounge by the pool or inside!

100% great and as advertised

Really great stay with a house full of amenities along with a property manager/owner who truly cared and was super easy to communicate with. The house itself is really nice, the pool and hot tub were great, and all of the furnishings were nice. We also ran into a canceled flight which pushed our departure back by 2 days, and Ryad quickly helped us figure out a way to stay a few nights longer without any hassle. Sometimes when I see a property with all 5 stars, I'm a bit suspect, but it's all warranted! We'd stay again any time.

Family Spring Break

This was a very nice Spring Break for us. The property was as advertised. Communication with the owner was very prompt and check in was very easy. Our kids loved the pool!! It was a good first trip to the Palm Springs area!

Relaxing home and well organized host

I have rented some homes that were so sparsely furnished that I had to bring my own towels, sheets, and pillows. This house is the opposite of that; it has anything that you might possibly need. The kitchen is full of gadgets, there's plenty of towels, and there are laundry machines and detergent. The showers have soap and shampoo provided, so you don't even have to bring those. If you want, you can pick your own fruit from the orange and lemon trees. There are instructions manuals for the pool, hot tub, tv, thermostat, kitchen gadgets, etc. The owner Ryad really thought of everything, and he responds quickly to text messages if you have any questions.

Perfect Relaxing Get-Away

Quiet, discrete neighborhood. Very private pool/ patio area in the south-facing backyard. Great for sun seekers, which also plenty of shade from well positioned trees and nicely furnished covered patio area. The spacious living areas (kitchen and living rooms) enabled relaxed lounging and welcome space for food and drinks preparations and partaking. Overall a very enjoyable and memorable vacation experience.

Amazing stay at Dar Sabrina!

We had a fantastic week-long stay at Dar Sabrina! The location is perfect - lots of hiking, biking, restaurants, shops, all within a couple of miles. This was our second stay at the house, and it was just as amazing as the first. Even though it was December, we could swim in the pool, lounge in the hot tub, and find comfortable spaces inside & out to read and relax. Because of the cooler temps (last time was the summer), we were able to go for jogs, walks, and bike rides right in the neighborhood (check out all the side streets across Da Vaal!). Hiking above Rancho Mirage city hall (1 mile away) was terrific - great views of the valley with just a little climbing.

Great space for our family

My husband and our two adult children traveled to the area to spend Thanksgiving with my parents as well as other family members. The location in relationship to my parents home was super convenient. The house was spacious and well equipped and very comfortable! We cooked and used the pool and hot tub every day! We would definitely stay here again!

Loved, loved the outdoor area with excellent quality outdoor furniture. It was fun to stay in a house decorated in a theme that is something I wouldn't normally do. Very cool and eclectic. It was 5 months after a knee replacement and I didn't notice that there is not a handrail in the pool. The three of us, late 60's early 70's, moved an outdoor chair close to the pool and used that for an assist on the stairs in the pool. Kitchen is very well equipped. Being from the northwest, we loved the weather in November and lived in the pool and hot tub. Floated every chance we had.

Large house, big pool

So we picked the place for the size of the pool - and it did not disappoint. The pool was as big as the photos suggested and heated. The outdoor space was lovely. What surprised us was that the house was also quite large. Another plus if you have light sleepers is that the kitchen is at the opposite end of the house and around a corner. Those early morning coffee makers won’t disturb the late sleepers!

A wonderful spot in the sun

The house was in perfect condition, well decorated and clean. The completely private backyard with a wonderful pool is where we spent most of our time. The location is close driving distance to stores and restaurants. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal but we primarily used the grill out back. Looking forward to staying here again.

Lovely, spacious, and beautifully appointed. We weren’t sure about visiting the area at the hottest time of the year, but the wall of green and blue pool were sublime and relaxing at any time of day and night. Good AC, although it took us a day or two to get used to the motor/blower sound inside and out. Very clean, no complaints, although housekeeping could attend to cleaning the light switches and drying the countertops (minor details). A special place. We would visit again.

We had a wonderful week-long stay at Dar Sabrina! The pictures don’t do it justice. The decor and furnishings are luxurious and there is a lot of open space to gather (or even to get away from each other). Ryad was a terrific host. He sent a lot of information before check-in, including video demonstrations! The only problem with Dar Sabrina is you won’t want to leave!
