Summary:
Modern 1 bedroom condo in the heart of Casa Grande. Safe neighborhood close to everything in amenity rich complex with basketball half court, BBQ grills, heated pool and dog park. Condo has the essentials, new appliances, couch, desk workspace. Features large 50" flat screen SmartTV and cable OTA. We host a lot of winter visitors and there is a nice social structure to interact with. The location is safe and walking distance to Safeway and Starbucks.

The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker.

Adequate for Short Stay

The weather was cold and the only heat source is the ac/heater in the bedroom wall so we were chilly unless in the bedroom. The real furnace blew cold air constantly- had no thermostat to shut it down and was wired very strangely inside its closet. Husband is aircraft mechanic and took a picture of it. No sitting room other than the futon in the bedroom or the tiny kitchen table. The floor was not clean- socks got very dirty without shoes. Kitchen was very basic and needs some good non-stick frying pans. Bathroom shower is dark and slippery, and cold with constant blowing fan. The outside security light blinked incessantly all night. Location was convenient. Not sure if it's priced appropriately.
