Double Booking

The property double booked my stay! I followed the check in procedure, the keys weren’t available and was advised by the front desk that the cleaner may still be there. When I got to the apartment, there were other guests staying in the apartment. I had to contact Vrbo to be rebooked into a hotel.
Stayed 1 night in Nov 2024
