Some of the staff should be friendly and more welcoming

Nov 26, 2019

No power outlet on plane. You have to buy your water, soda and other drinks. There could be a better process to board the plane, just one long line. There were no zones for boarding. But overall, good experience, easy to check in and staff was overall pretty friendly.

No problems.

Jun 2, 2019

no water

Feb 10, 2019

Did not realize even water was going to require payment. Get some Rands before boarding or vary water with you

This was a Mango flight. The South African Air check-in representative was extremely helpful. We had booked our own flights from Victoria Falls and didn't leave enough time between flights in Johannesburg. The representative walked us to the management office to book us a new flight. He also met us at the boarding gate with our tickets for the second flight to Cape Town, so we wouldn't have to print them in Johannesburg. Extremely friendly and customer oriented. We will definitely fly/recommend both South African Air and Mango Air.
