We booked for one night, but extended after the first night for another. Room was clean and comfortable. Amazing bathroom and delicious breakfast. Parking tickets should just be in consideration when booking
I stayed there for three nights. I fairly enjoyed my stay save for the few shortcomings that I have already highlighted in the hotel questionnaire form. If these will receive a positive attention from the hotel management I promise to be their regular guest every time I visit Cape Town.
In future if could improve your TV channels that will be much better most of the hotels have got atleast one or two English channels otherwise I really enjoyed my stay at your hotel I must say it was superb.
Lovely hotel. Very clean, spacious rooms, comfortable beds and friendly staff. Very well presented and the location is ideal for a business trip into the Cape Town cbd. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Really lovely hotel, nice and central. Staff are amazing. Breakfast was world class and served with a warm smile. A little gem which I am very happy to have had the pleasure eof staying at, even if just for one night.
It was okay. Really good location. The staff was helpful with storing our luggage on a arrival and when leaving. It had good access for taxis. The elevator was slow but acceptable. Could use a sign pointing to the stairwell around the elevator.
Great Service and Staff were exceptional friendly and accommodating. Will Def recommend to any traveler specially if you wan to be in the heart of Cape Town. Breakfast was spectacular and catered for all fancies.
The Hotel is nice and the employees are very hospitable. I enjoyed my stay and definitely it will not be my last one. Except for the cups in the rooms, everything was good. The breakfast is actually very good . One thing for sure is that the managers and the employees put customers first.
On the 7th Sept my friends and I decided to look for accommodation at booking.com. The New Tulbagh hotel was the most affordable hotel, going for R796, mind you it was 4 of us. We immediately booked it and went to the website to check the gallery and it looked very descent. I honestly thought it was too good to be true. On the 14th September (check in date) we went to the hotel, I think it was about 11h30, and we were told that it was too early to check in. Asked if we could leave our luggage and the friendly lady at the reception said "no problem at all". We were so happy coz we wanted to go shopping. Anyway we left and got back after 3hrs, and we checked in and went to our room. It was so beautiful and clean. We really had a great time at this hotel. Thank you all so much.
