Our Junior suite was a wonderful place to relax - so spacious, with views to 3 sides. The bathroom was very spacious. Room was always well serviced. There were generous supplies of tea and coffee. It was always a pleasure to approach the hotel - the porters welcoming, friendly and efficient. We found the concierges extremely helpful. The Guest Experience Team were proactive in ensuring we had everything and their kindness in making my wife's birthday special will long be remembered - thanks Sherman and Frances! Sherman appreciates that the Nellie is not just a 5* hotel - it is an iconic institution and he clearly intends to keep it as the premier destination in Cape Town

Seth (bartender) was always so pleasant, knowledgeable & overall a wonderful individual. Drinks were fabulous!!I would also have to mention one of the guys out front “Courage”.
