The room was very small with no table

The hotel is clean and quiet with a nice pool and firepit area with tables and chairs to gather.

This property is misrepresented by the images seen on a third-party sellers. The room is nothing like what was shown when purchasing. There are shelving units that are made of plywood that are simply painted white. There is an electrical plug on the ceiling to operate a mini fridge and microwave. Instead of a closet you have 16 coat hooks on the wall. There’s also another electrical outlet that’s mounted to the side the plywood shelf that plugs into a socket to add additional plugs. And for the rate of $400 a night, the team even missed housekeeping of our room and simply delivered us towels. Overall, I would not stay here again and it’s clearly obvious that once you get to town there’s nothing available so you have to commit to what you had And I think they know that. Overall overrated overpriced and misrepresenting who they actually are as a product online to catfish people in to booking.

I like hotels as opposed to the guest houses and this one was wonderful, large spacious rooms with everything one would need such as microwave, frig, closet, bathtub. Nice soft towels and sheets. very comfortable bed. I didn't like the distance to town but if you want a nice quiet hotel you need to expect that. I also didn't like the flood lights around the rooms, always seemed like it was daytime. I wish they would make those lights less bright.

We stay here every time we come! Can’t wait till our next trip back in a few months. Especially love Dave! He helped us with arranging pedicabs and car service. He is the best!!

The stairs were very steep and the top step was taller which was a tripping hazard. Also, the fridge wasn’t plugged in on arrival and it smelled like it had unplugged for a while. The bed wasn’t that comfortable and the pool wasn’t open which was disappointing. The bathroom was nice though and the room was a good size.

I LOVE the Surfside - the pool, the beach, the location, the staff, the mini-fridge and microwave in the clean and serviceable rooms. The only little quibbles I had this time were (a) the sheets didn't seem to have good elastic on them and kept coming off, and (b) there were no options to recycle anything. I brought home my containers and bottles to recycle.

The rooms were wonderful, very large and well furnished.

If you want a great pool, beach access, easy parking, great staff and very walkable to down town then this is the place for you. Cant wait to come back.

I have stayed here several times. It is one of the best options for places to stay in Ptown. The room is dated, basic and expensive but that’s overall standard for “mid” priced lodging on the cape. The location is prime for walking back and forth into town and parking is included. Parking was a little dicey this visit as the parking lot was at full capacity.

Very close to the sea , nice pool

Toilet seat was broken. Complained all three days and nothing. Room had garbage in trash bins.

P-Town is a lively place to visit! THANK YOU!

The place was clean

Although the hotel was a little shabby and the room needed a good coat of paint, the amenities were fantastic. They have a beautiful heated, salt water pool and it Was a true joy waking up every morning to have the ocean 10 steps from our room.

Hi Lisa, Sorry your room was small, you booked one of our handicap accessible rooms which are smaller than our other rooms wich space for wheelchairs. We do have many room types to choose from. We appreciate you staying with us. Hope to see you again. Thank you,

Hi Barry,I am not sure if you know that the room you booked was a handicapped accessible room, which means we can not have any extra furniture in the room as a wheelchair needs to be able to turn around with no problems. These rooms are brand new in 2023, we appreciate your feedback.Thank you,Cindy Ladd GM

Hi Amy L-Thank you so much for choosing our hotel and for sharing your feedback. The stair issue is being addressed as we speak and construction on 2 new stairways will begin in the next few days! Our guest safety is a serious priority for us and we agree that a new solution is needed in that space. The pool area did have a delayed opening this year due to town requirements and some new mechanical equipment, I apologize that you were not able to enjoy our pool area. This cheerful, lively space is now fully open & operational. We are so sorry that you did not have a wonderful and comfortable sleep experience. We replaced all of our mattresses in every room with premium Serta bedding. The replacement began in May.We hope that you were able to stroll on our semi-private beach, have a nice beverage in our lounge area or by our beautiful fire pit/ social space and enjoy our continental breakfast each morning. Thank you again and we hope you will visit us again!
