La atención es muy buena y personalizada, te tratan como si fueras de la familia, eso me pareció muy bien, la habitación perfecta, la relación costo-servicio en su justa dimensión. El único inconveniente no lo tengo con Stay lo tengo con Expedia, no tengo forma de contactarme, eso si es impersonal contesta una maquina que nunca te lleva a una relación personal para solicitar tu comprobante pago o factura, si quieres reservar, si eres atendido personalmente para otra situación nunca consigues atencion.
