My wife and I had an amazing first stay here. We loved the peaceful adults-only atmosphere, beautiful property, and great service. The only downside was spending too much time on the timeshare presentation, but everything else was excellent. We’d definitely return!

Stef and Daniel were amazing. Whatever we needed they made sure to accommodate. The resort was beautiful, clean, and bright! The beach is right outside the resort!! The few things that could be better: the elevators as they took forever. On checkout day, the lights stopped working and didn't come back on

We were really looking forward to our stay at Royalton Chic, but it didn’t live up to expectations. Dining: Hunters Steakhouse was a disappointment — the steaks were the smallest we’ve ever been served at a “steakhouse.” The buffet was terrible. We come to Cancun for authentic Mexican food, not hotdogs, burgers, or random international dishes. The only bright spots were breakfast, which was decent, and La Hacienda, where both the food and service were absolutely outstanding. Drinks: The alcohol seemed watered down — no matter what we ordered, we couldn’t even feel a buzz. Facilities: At times, the sink water ran brown, which was unsettling and unacceptable for a resort at this price point. Upselling: What really took away from the “all-inclusive” experience was constantly being approached to buy add-ons. We come here because it’s supposed to be all-inclusive — we don’t want to be nickel-and-dimed for extras after paying premium rates. Service: The staff at La Hacienda were the highlight of the trip. Their kindness, professionalism, and incredible food made that one restaurant stand out from the rest of the resort. Overall, this resort has potential but misses the mark on quality, consistency, and the true all-inclusive experience it promises.

I loved the resort. I added the diamond club at the last and had to keep reminding them of all the little extra perks that I wanted and was entitled to. I never received the Happy Birthday door banner that I had been requesting day's before arrival. However I liked the overall experience with it being blended diversity of ages. Not too young, and not too old. We will return. The rooftop cabana experience is top tier.
