Very Disappointing - Will Not Return

This was a very disappointing stay for my business trip. Air conditioner unit rattled really loudly, coffee maker was broken, fridge was broken. Was here on business, communicated to front desk Sun evening when I arrived, by the time I checked out on Tuesday, no one had addressed any of the concerns. Will not be returning.

From the front desk to the Housekeeping staff, all were competent and friendly. Beds were comfortable. My only recommendation is to have two ply toilet paper.

When we arrived , the woman at the front desk was very welcoming, helpful and really nice. The hotel and staff is superb! We will stay here again ! Exceptional!
