Room was never cleaned, trash from the last guest was still there, 2 days, no toilet paper, no towels. A disaster

The room was musty and didnt have any towels in the room. And never did get them after notifying housekeeping

1.The white towels were stained with a brown material. 2.water leak in bathroom the whole time we were there. 3.I was groped by drunk man while we were cooking outside. 4.Bugs in room had to get a can of raid myself. 5.Glass all over parking area. What was really depressing was the owner showed no compensation for the experience.

Good. Clean & Comfortable. Swimming pool was nice but the weather was to cool to enjoy it.

The place is not fit for guests. The staff tried their best to work with what they were given, but it was not much. First thing I was told was there was no hot water and no refunds. When I got to the door it was broken. The door opened after 3-4 tries but the door handle was stuck in the down position and could not close. A maid had to be called to try to force the door to close as there was no maintenance on staff. There was a promise to have the door fixed in the morning but no-one showed up. There was two of us and we made sure only one person left at one time to shop, get food, or whatever. There was coffee in the room but no coffee maker. one could not be located. The second night I got up late to go to the bathroom, the light did not come on. I had to go with the door open & it opens into the bedroom where my partner was sleeping. Had to cool shower with the door open too The TV's are so OLD I was nostalgic for my childhood. Big round analog tvs with a picture tube. The picture was yellow and orange on the left of the screen and bluish to the right. The tv in the bedroom (I have a suite) was about 9 inches across. Curious I turned it on. It was unplugged. Oh...now I know why. It is not connected to the cable there is no cables in the room. The receiver was propped up on the little tv as if it was connected. No antennae either. Just snow on the screen. Yes. SNOW. I went looking for ice. The ice machine wasnt working all the ice had melted. Toilet only flushed partly...

We had a delayed flight & were very late arriving but Crystal took my call & made arrangements for us even with our late arrival. We did not realize that we wouldn't have maid service & needed to ask for clean towels & that was disappointing. There were no vending machines available & no ice either.

Bad experience the toilet in the bathroom was leaking there was water everywhere and the tub was disgusting looked like it hasn’t been cleaned for months the sheets on the bed had stains and the room smelled terrible. We had to check out and check in to another hotel it was terrible.

Didn't reserve the room requested, it was overbooked. Despite of having a prepaid reservation, they simply offered to another walk in visitor. Pillows are flat, shower with only one tower for two guest and having requested extra, nobody bring them over.

Booked a room and one of the staff members canceled my reservation without notifying. We showed up to check in and that's when they told us they canceled it. The manager on duty didn't care about what had happened. Instead of giving an upgrade for our inconvience she tried to downgrade our room to 2 double beds when we reserved 2 queen beds and then said well it's the same price. Didn't take the room and waiting on refund. I would recommend travels to stay away from this place

Tv didn’t have a remote control, room was not ready when I arrived (6pm), there is no phone in the room, tv is dated, furniture is old, carpet is old and filthy, white towels had big stains (nasty stains!)... for the price I paid, I seen better hotels I do not recommend

Could be worse just wouldn't be 1st choice until facility is renovated

We paid for 3 of us to stay in the room. There were only 2 ratty towels. They said they'd scour the empty rooms for more towels, and that they had found one (albeit tattered), but never brought it up. Said they'd leave it with the night clerk, but the night clerk had no idea what we were talking about when we came back from our night out. The room was a mess, there was exploded lotion on the bathroom floor, red markings on the bathroom walls (I don't even want to know), a toilet seat that was loose, and tons of crumbs behind the TV, once you moved it forward a bit. The bath mat had someone else'e footprints on it. The internet connection never worked. The key -- when I came back later than my friends in the middle of the night -- did not work. The clerk had to open the door. There were some weird folks staying -- maybe living) there, one crazy dude was talking loudly through the night as he sat outside by himself. They never told the morning clerk that we had late checkout so we got a phone call about that in the morning. We complained to the day clerk and it didn't seem she could do anything, she apologized but that was it. And it didn't look like she was surprised to hear it. My friend kept hitting his head on the lamp that was hanging above a spot with no table. It was just a mess. Was gross. Nobody cared. We had a good deal on the room bu you couldn't pay us to stay there again. Oh and it is difficult to find especially with the front sign light not turned on.

No ice ordered queen size bed got full size instead!no good air!no room service! No towels in room at all!

Dirty room, looks like it was being remodel in the room we stayed in, and never got house keeping, also broken screen door for back door. The shower was broken and so was the sink, it sprayed out water like crazy once it was open. No hot water.

Quiet clean well positioned riverfront lodging close to shopping and restaurants of Bullhead City. Pet Friendly

Nastiest room you will ever walk in. The lobby is nasty. We walked in and took the keys right back. No way myself or my kids could stay. Id rather sleep in the car but thankfully there were rooms available elsewhere.

The rooms were very outdated and the sheets and covers had holes and stains.

Staff was nice and the room was clean but it felt like I traveled back to the 80's with out dated carpet, tv, and curtains... It really needs to be updated

Bad experience the toilet in the bathroom was leaking there was water everywhere and the tub was disgusting looked like it hasn’t been cleaned for months the sheets on the bed had stains and the room smelled terrible. We had to check out and check in to another hotel it was terrible.
