The hotel is not welcoming to the public and their breakfast is poor. This will be the very first hotel I stay without a microwave in their rooms and there was none placed on each floor for easy access. My kids couldn't eat on time throughout my stay. We were so disappointed.

The property is nice and clean. Breakfast we good. The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful. I realized at 2am, when it was super hot and stuff in my room, that our ac/fan wasn't working. The person working at the front desk came up and verified that it wasn't blowing - she brought a fan to the room to help get air circulating. No fault of hers - but made for an uncomfortable night. She did everything she could to help - I had 3 young boys asleep in the room and didn't want to wake them - otherwise I would have asked to be moved.

Free breakfast was nice, it included waffles, cereal, fruit, and juice.

Unfortunately our room wasn't very clean. Hair on floor in bathroom and a stain on the couch cushion. Front desk Valerie was not customer service friendly and even rolled her eyes during our conversation.

The 2nd floor elevator button was broken but everything else was great. Keurig coffee maker in the room would have made the stay magical. Staff was very nice and always available and the facilities were very clean and comfortable. The coffee downstairs was wonderful and breakfast was delish. I will stay there again

Room was not cleaned one day, I asked for clean towels at the desk the gal seemed to be put out. Breakfast cubed breakfast fruit was always close to empty. Snack machine was completely empty. We like Hampton Inns but I would not use this one again

The location was perfect for me. The first 3 days the TV satellite was not working. The air in the room was either super cold or off. I will choose another hotel if I have to go back to Brentwood.

Check in was easy, there's a pool and breakfast. Main issue was the a/c kicks in and turns off every 5 minutes or so, and it is loud, so we were constantly woken up by the noise. Couldn't find a setting to get it to stay on all night. Also, the restroom definitely had a "restroom" smell.....need to get some freshness in there

the staff was excellent and very helpful with everything. the room was very nice and comfortable. breakfast was great every morning. I would stay there again!!! A nice small town with a great hotel!!

From the time I arrived, till the time I left, the staff was steller. The were informative, accommodating, and cheerful. It was a very busy weekend, and many people had many requests, and the phone was often ringing. The staff responded quickly, efficiently and juggled many things at one time very well and always pleasantly. My ONLY criticism is this: I was in room 104, next to the gym, and my folks one room over in 102, next to the exit by the pool. The pool closes at 10pm, which is reasonable. Young kids were there only till about 8pm and adults who were there till closing, we're quietly using the hot tub. The problem was the gym. It closes at midnight, which is entirely too late. On Saturday night, three very young girls were in there without an adult. They were probably preteens. They had the TV blaring, and we're running on the treadmill and talking and laughing till midnight. In my room, it sounded like a marching band, or a Hurd of elephants. At 11pm i went in and asked the girls to keep it down. They said they would, but as i left one said to another "we arent being loud". The volume didnt change. I called the desk at 11:30, and the fellow working checked it out. He called me back. He apologized, and said there was nothing he could do because they were using the room appropriately. I said it was ok, I'd be up till midnight anyway. I feel there should be an age specification, like adults only, and be closed at 10pm, just like the pool. Other than that all was perfec

An aging hotel in a decent location. Internet is virtually useless (typical of AT&T) and the bed was nearly medieval. There must be better options nearby. The breakfast and amenities are nice and the chocolate chip cookies at night are awesome. Staff is pleasant and congenial.

Hampton Inn accommodations were comfortable, and very reasonable. We had 25 family members and friends staying at the Inn for a family event. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. My only negative comment was the clogged bathroom drain.

We stay here at times when visiting our son and his family. Hampton Inn is newer (clean feeling) than the Holiday Inn Express and is located close to their home, but can be busy at times, but is our hotel of preference. Breakfast is included with a good variety to choose from.

Good value, clean and comfortable. would go to this hotel again, not fancy but good .

We have been staying at this hotel since it opened and generally have had good experiences. We have relatives close by and it gives us a nice place to stay. When I made my booking, I asked for a late check-in, not knowing when we would be arriving or even if we would be staying the first night. This hotel has gotten really busy on the week-end and you need to have a reservation. As it so happened, we didn't arrive until very early in the morning; so we got a few hours of sleep and then headed to our relatives. About two hours after we left the hotel, I got a call stating that check out time was 11:00. I told the clerk that I had already paid for two nights and we wouldn't be checking out until the next day. She then rudely informed me that they needed the room since they had someone else checking in. I again said that I had paid for two nights. She said that because I had checked in so late, that was why I needed to leave. I did not understand her point and said that I had asked far a late check in on the reservation. She then stated that she needed to call her manager, which she did and everything was settled. We were allowed to keep the room that we had paid for. At no point did this clerk apologize for her behavior which would have been appropriate. All this being said, the rooms are very comfortable and the hotel is in a great location for us and we will be back.

Thia area it was a perfect overnight spot for what we needed. We'll be back with friends.

This hotel was very nice. The staff was wonderful the room was very nice. We really enjoyed our stay. I would stay here again.

Always stay here. Close to where we want to be and always clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, they have washed the comforters and not just the covers so the comforter is lumpy and this time around our sheets were too small for the bed so they kept slipping up all night. Will stay here again though. They only had a handicap room with a roll in shower available, our first day after our shower, we had a lake in the bathroom. We got better at it the next day though. The curtain is outside of the shower lip so that all of the water the hits the curtain drips out on the bathroom floor. Thank goodness they give you extra towels!!
