The rooms are big and nicely furnished. However, some of the staff members are extremely rude and breakfast is definitely not worth 13 pounds.

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Room very comfortable but view was of a roof and wall. Something labelled as scrambled eggs on the breakfast buffet was unrecognisable as such but other items were very nice. Good location for Heathrow Airport, about a £25 taxi fare.
