Hotel, Restaurant. and bar are very nice. The rooms could do with some updating, The pillows are thin and so is the bedding. Very quiet despite being right next to the airport. There is another Hilton right next to terminal 4. When I called to ask for directions on how to get there, I was told by ...

Pretty good experience but did find one of my windows open (my room was close to the ground floor). Was not very pleased with that, but apart from that only thing that spoiled my experience there. Staff were particularly friendly and helpful.

For the most part it was pretty good stay. Only drawback is another hotel was working on an addition next door so fierst thing in the morning I was awoken to loud clanging. Luckily it was a holiday weekend so they only worked a half day. Only ate once at the hotel and it was on my last day. At first didn’t think it was going to be a lot of food but left the restaurant on a full stomach. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others it’s a short walk to the Tower of London, bridge and a short walk to the tower hill station so you can go wherever you want in London.
Great location, comfortable size, nice amenities, friendly staff. Queen size bed was comfortable and the bells of St Paul's Cathedral were a welcome sound. Will definitely stay at this hotel on my next visit to London.

My wife and I stayed hear while visiting London for the first time. We wanted a place close to the airport to make flights and baggage easy to deal with. Our biggest issue was getting to the hotel the first day. Inside the airport they show the hotel served by bus #7 and U3. So we went out to the bus area and found sign 7 assuming that was bus 7. No - that was a rental bus. Turns out we were at Stand 7 which was in a completely different area from bus 7. We had to go over to the central bus terminal and finally found a stand with multiple busses including bus 7. Took us over 3hrs from the time our flight landed to get through immigration, grab a quick lunch and finally make our way to the hotel. The hotel claims they have a free shuttle bus, however, the free shuttle is a public bus that is free between terminals. It would be nice if the hotel had it's own private shuttle. Once you figure out the system it's not difficult. We took it everyday to Heathrow to hop on the Underground into the city. The tube is relatively easy to navigate. It's helpful to have an aboveground tourist map with nearest tube stations to cross reference with the underground route map. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. No issues with noise. Staff were very helpful in offering assistance with me trying to locate HP Sauce (British BBQ) for a friend back home.
