Hotel was very far away from everything. Had to walk .8 miles daily to get to train station and .8 miles back. One person in the front when you come in with a lap top. Any questions you ask how to get to places they either don’t know or google it themselves. Asked for coffee when I got there very rudely the lady in the cafe area said if you didn’t purchase breakfast pay 3 pounds for literally 4 oz of coffee. My shower did not work properly the handle would always go back to 40 Celsius which was very hot. I would have to hold it with one hand and shower with the other so I don’t get burned. Called and complained still not fixed. In the fridge there are 4 small containers of milk to mix in coffee. Called down for more since there are 3 of us it took them an hour to bring it. Went to the pool. Was 1/2 occupied by a swimming instructor with his students. Why are they renting out spaces there for pool sessions? The pool is small as is. Overall I would not recommend this hotel. Better pay more and go somewhere closer to city. You are on the middle of nowhere. Scary to walk around.

Very clean hotel with a great breakfast and awesome staff.

Rooms were clean and pretty quiet. It was nice to have several bus stops close by. It was also nice that there was a grocery store and an eatery across the parking lot. The two downsides were that the sink was either slow draining or clogged and that there was no laundry facility. They offer a laundry service, but the prices are outrageous. Four GBP (pounds) to clean one shirt, for example. We ended up packing our laundry into a suitcase and taking it to a laundromat that was excellent (Premier Laundrette in Osterley). The staff were mostly nice. They allowed us to checkout late at no cost.

Low water pressure in the shower Sink drains VERY slowly Slow elevators

First time in London, didn't know what to except. My plane arrived a couple hours early on the Xmas eve and I was able to check in early. The staff was extremely nice! Even their restaurant was superb!

The most memorable experience about my stay here would have to be the hotel staff at the reception desk and the restaurant. The cleaning was okay: one was responsive to my note requesting for body lotion, another didn't bother to give me a new bottle when I finished the one that I was using, and on my last day, the person didn't give me any towels after removing the used ones. The hotel was clean and always bright. My only issue would be the bed in my room. I suspect that because I was the only person staying in the room that the staff had pushed two twin-sized beds together. I appreciated this, but it would've been nice if something was done about the gap between the beds.
