The rooms are big and nicely furnished. However, some of the staff members are extremely rude and breakfast is definitely not worth 13 pounds.
The property is nice, the apartment was spacious. The bed was extremely low to the ground, and the green throw cover (on the bed)had hair on it. We also discovered a dirty sock under the bed. Be prepared to pay extra for a change of things like towels and clean sheets. If you don't want to pay for these basic amenities, they have free laundry in the basement. They didn't have an ice machine or ice tray which I found weird, but there is a little corner store nearby that you can buy groceries and toiletries from. This was extremely convenient. Management wasn't customer focused and extremely nonchalant to customer issues. They didn't communicate well. I had a significant issue with a car service that THEY recommended and reserved, and they were not very active in rectifying the issue. In short, I was overcharged for an airport pickup and they refused to take responsibility for it even though it was entirely their fault. It was my partner's birthday celebration and I arranged this entire trip for her. After arguing with the driver who was clearly trying to cheat me, I then had to fight with management at Adagio about who was going to be responsible for refunding me. NOT a good welcoming experience into England. It wasn't until the last day of my stay that I approached the "manager" (after going back and forth for a week)he refunded me the 20 pounds that I had been overcharged for the taxi. Take the Piccadilly and don't expect too much in terms of customer care
This is a great place. You can save money by cooking, because it has a whole kitchen. There is a balcony, you get big rooms, TVs. Very enjoyable and relaxing stay. Loved the staff and the rooms. A bit out of the way from the center was the only problem, we would take an Uber to one spot and walk to the next part, but they were about 30 mins away from the center. Close to Heathrow Airport though.
I absolutely enjoyed my stay at Urban Villa. There is such a quiet sophistication about this place. It would appear miminalist on the surface however the attention the detail is unfathomable. I would most definitely stay there when I make my way across the pond again.
I picked this hotel after hours of reviewing other hotels in or near London. The one thing most the other hotels had in common were the complaints of the size of the room. Our room had around 370 square feet and a balcony. The room had a kitchen big bathroom, 40 in tv, dining table and a fold out couch.. ONLY complain was a small one. No closets, dressers etc. to store your clothes. Had to live out of the suitcase on a wire close rack. We were provided with 6 hangers.. Small complaint compared too the rest.. Staff was always friendly and helpful..
A lot bigger than expected. Wrap around balcony, full kitchen, nice restroom..... great for extended stays
My stay at Urban Villa was the best stay I have ever had at a hotel. The staff were great and the room was absolutely amazing. The only problem I had was that I could never find the Sour Diesel Lounge and I desperately wanted to drink. But overall this is an amazing hotel and I will definitely be going back.
Great boutique style hotel. The rooms are exquisitely decorated and designed. A large walk in shower was a nice bonus. I also loved the Nespresso machine with complimentary pouches. There are only two downsides I can think of. The first is it's proximity to a tube station. It's about a 15 minute walk to the South Ealing tube station. But apparently the Brentford overground was closer. Because Urban Villa is located in West London, getting too and from Heathrow is also convenient. I ended up taking an Über to Heathrow from the hotel in the morning and it cost £ 22, and was only a 20 minute journey. The second is the breakfast. The downstairs lounge area which doubles as a somewhat restaurant in the mornings lacked a traditional english breakfast with eggs, sausage, hash browns etc. I think it is because they don't actually have a full kitchen. However, they do have some pastries and other typical breakfast options like yoghurt and fruit. Overall, great rooms, great staff, great hotel.

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback, we appreciate all commments from our guests. I am disappointed to hear your comments reagarding our customer service; we pride ourselves on going the extra mile for all our guests and I am sorry if you felt this was not the case for you. I tried several times to reach the taxi company in regards to your claim and I also tried to explain to you the reasoning behind their charges, but did not suceed. In the end, as you mentioned, we decided to cover the charges that you felt should not have been applied by the taxi companyand I apologized for not specifying that other charges, such as waiting time and parking could increase the final fee originally quoted. I hope that you did get to enjoy your time in London. Best regards,

Greetings from Urban Villa! Thank you so much for providing such wonderful and insightful feedback. We are super pleased that liked the room and the staff.
