Review: Worst Experience – Misleading Listing and Zero Privacy

This was, without a doubt, the worst experience I have ever had through this app. My stay was a disaster from the beginning, and I strongly advise others to stay away.
Check-in and Communication Failure:
The issues started even before I arrived. The host failed to provide a full address, and despite my numerous attempts to contact them two days prior to my stay, I received absolutely no response. I tried again the day before arrival—still nothing. On the check-in day, I arrived on the street and spent hours walking up and down, unable to find the property. The photos on the listing are fake; they do not represent the actual building. This is not a hotel, as advertised, but merely a mini flat inside a private house. Because of this lack of communication and transparency, I was only able to check in a full day later, after being forced to find emergency accommodation.
Complete Lack of Privacy:
The property offers zero privacy. The bedroom window faces the street directly; if you open the curtains, everyone outside can see you. The bathroom window is also street-facing with only a flimsy covering. To make matters worse, there is a door in the kitchen that connects directly to the owner’s private quarters. I could hear everything happening in their house, and people were constantly passing by, making me feel incredibly uncomfortable.
