For the price we paid our room was looking at a parking lot and the garbage bins on the ground floor. And also just down the hall from a big Christmas party. The evening staff at the front desk were also not very friend at all. It's nice and close to the park and has a great gym. Those were the only perks this stay.

Lovely hotel, staff friendly and helpful, location was spot on 10 minute walk down to Richmond Town Centre, stunning scenery facing hotel and River Thames, Hotel smelt gorgeous and the fires were lit of an evening which was so christmasy with the decor, we had a couple of drinks in the bar and it was stunning so relaxing and again lovely staff would love to return soon , thankyou
