Lovely Hotel

The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is not a far walk from some good restaurants and is right across the street from a lovely park. I bit far from the train station but a doable walk. Would definitely stay again.

Richmond Hill is my little oasis - it is far enough from east London that I feel I'm really away but easy enough to get to with a direct train and then either a 20 min walk (it is up hill!) or 7 min taxi journey. Either way it is always my first port of call when I need a little rest and relaxation - the drinks at the bar were so good (Mai Tai) is my drink of choice and it didn't disappoint the Sunday lunch (beef) was lovely and the cream tea and the steak on ciabatta - yes I indulged for my birthday weekend and it was so worth it. Thanks to you all and see you again soon!

Super Staff

First stay here and it was perfect for one night. The room was rather small but cleverly designed. Would probably go for a next level room if I was staying for more than one night. Easy parking and great location. The most fantastic thing though are the staff. So friendly and helpful. I want to say a big thank you to Nishi especially for her help, but just also being a pleasure. A real asset to the hotel.
