Tucked among towering pines and perched beside the scenic Blue River, this four-bedroom, four-bathroom retreat blends rustic charm with thoughtful modern touches. Whether you're soaking in the private hot tub under falling snow or gathering with loved ones on the sunny summer deck, you’ll experience true Rocky Mountain serenity.

Property Overview
This single-family home offers a peaceful, wooded setting just under four miles from the Breckenridge ski lifts. Featuring a private six-person hot tub, wood-paneled interiors, and space to comfortably accommodate large families or groups, it’s the perfect home base for every season.

Important: Four-wheel-drive (4WD) vehicles are required during winter months. Snow and ice are present on all roadways and driveways.

Layout and Sleeping Arrangements:
The home features four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Three bedrooms are located on the lower level, with one upstairs.

• Upstairs Bedroom: One double bed
• Lower Level Bedroom 1: One king-size bed
• Lower Level Bedroom 2: One king-size bed
• Lower Level Bedroom 3: Six twin beds (two triple-stack bunk beds). Please note: The top bunks are closest to the ceiling and do not have safety rails. We recommend they be reserved for adults.

The spacious dining area comfortably seats eight, with extra seating available at the kitchen bar. Bedrooms are furnished with fresh linens, and bathrooms are stocked with a starter supply of essentials.

Outdoor Living
In the winter, unwind in the private hot tub after a day on the slopes, or admire snow-covered trees from the comfort of the back deck. In warmer months, enjoy peaceful moments by the river, relaxing in the backyard swings or gathering for meals outdoors.

Parking is available for two to three vehicles.

Renters must be at least 25 years old.

Parties, pets, smoking, and vaping are strictly prohibited to maintain the comfort of all guests.

Uber and Lyft services are available locally for easy transportation.
