The property was clean and nice but the customer service from the lasy who work the front desk on the morning of 1/10/21 an older lady was poor .
This is Like a Home away from home for us, we Love it here and the Staff are amazing. Probably my Favorite part always greeting us with a friendly smile and Hello.

Not bad at all. Good size room. The pillows were tiny and awful, and the hallways and elevator stank of weed 24/7, but that's because of the people not the place. There was no housekeeping for the 5 days I was there. No maid service. Not sure if that's normal or not.
There was ants on bed. Was a very nasty place. It took three hours on the phone to get orbitz to get us another hotel room. Very dissatisfied with Orbitz and Extended Stay
My stay here was horrible! From the moment I walked into the hotel, there was a lack of staff. When I finally got checked in, I went to my room and opened the door to be absolutely disgusted. The entire suite stank of bad curry and the floors were atrociously dirty (smelled of old urine and curry). I stood in one spot and refused to walk around or sit on anything. I requested for another room and when I got transferred to that room, it wasn't that much better. The entire facility is a non-smoking hotel but this room smelled like an ashtray. I was hesitant to request to be moved to a new room once more, I just decided to keep all the windows wide open while I attempted to look for another nearby hotel. This is my second time staying at an Extended Stay hotel, but my first time was the complete opposite of this experience. This entire hotel needs a deep cleaning and a renovation. I will never book another night at any Extended Stay hotel on my own money again..
No silverware in room, had to go to front desk. They gave me a fork with bend teeth and did not clean room or fresh towels.
The hotel staff was friendly for the most part. The rooms are typical of an average hotel. I chose Extended Stay because I could cook with two stove top burners. It was disappointing you have to ask for pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates, silverware, etc considering this is an extended stay. Logic would mean some would staying longer than average. I also didn't like the daily ritual of returning my dirty towels at the front desk and issued more. Some have commented you pay what you get. I think $130 a night is way too much for all the don'ts. The most repulsive thing is after staying in one room for a few days I started getti ng bit. I know mosquito, even flea bites. This was none of those. I had large welps on the right side of my body. I informed them I was getting bit by bed bugs (after looking up symptoms). They moved me from room 229 to 302. Well the pest followed me. They offered to move me again; I wasn't in agreement. They agreed to let me wash and dry all our clothes at their expense, vacuum and change linens. They even gave me 2 nights at no charge. I left for obvious reasons. They really need to stop being in denial and fix the problem. No one wants to come to a hotel and leave with their pests.
Great hotel for a short stay. Can't beat the price considering the location, easy drive into Boston. Also close to the T. Overall I found my room to be clean however it did have a funky smell to it. Since the hotel was fully booked I was unable to change rooms. The hotel staff were friendly however there was only one person ever working the front desk.
EXTENDED STAY DID MAKE GRACIOUS ACCOMODATIONS FOR MY FAMILY
Going during graduation weekend but you'll never get your value out of this place. Find another, it will be well worth the extra $50 bucks to find another place to stay.
