Glad they still serve breakfast during the pandemic.

I really liked the room we stayed in. I stayed with children. The staff was helpful. They gave us a clean breakfast to go in the morning. Great stay.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at! Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast had so many options and all delicious! Will definitely stay at again if I come by in the area again.

Quite, and safe, plumbing worked. Staff was great. Food munchies to purchase. Only complaint would th he a/c was noisy. Not to big issue

Great check in experience. New Year’s Eve get together nice touch

Just what we needed for our short stay. Great breakfast!

Nice hotel right off freeway, but way overpriced .

The overnight concierge, Angel, was not friendly at all. There was an obvious problem with my booking through orbitz since their was a duplicate booking (extra room) for me. I wasn’t charged for the extra room but Angel was no help in helping me find the issue or confirm that issue in no way affected my (I wasn’t double charged). He kept saying it was orbitz issue and not empathizing with me at all. Almost arguing with me that I did indeed have two rooms. We got orbitz on the phone and all was resolved but he lacked customer service skills. Not friendly at all, took no initiative to help or find the answers I was looking for. Completely passed the blame and he didn’t care.

Room was large and comfortable. Color scheme (Rust Red, and dark brown) seemed dated, and TV seemed pretty small. Bathroom was great, good shower, plenty of space. Room and bathroom were very clean.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn and Suites in Blythe. The staff was extremely friendly. We were very pleased with our room it was clean and the bed was very comfortable. They had a wonderful assortment of breakfast foods each morning. We will definitely stay hear again!

Breakfast was very good very helpful staff the room was clean very quiet place

We've stayed here many times driving back and forth from Arizona to California. My husband drove there Friday night around 8:30pm and was up since 4am. The lady at the front desk said she didn't see his reservation. He called me in Los Angeles and I immediately sent him our confirmed Orbitz reservation. She tells him she doesn't have it, she's busy and he needs to call Orbitz. He stepped to the side and I called Orbitz. She immediately started helping other people and I called Orbitz from our house in CA. Orbitz said "no problem, we'll call the hotel and clear this up immediately". I sat on hold for over 30 minutes. This hotel staff member refused to pick up the phone and confirm my husbands reservation. She just kept helping other people. My husband even walked up and said "mam, they're on hold waiting for you" and she shrugged her shoulders, like she didn't care. It was so incredibly disrespectful. I had reserved a room, paid in full and he was there before any of the guests she was helping, but she kept me and Orbitz holding on the phone for over 30 minutes and refused to help my husband. It was so disrespectful. My husband was beyond exhausted, so he left and went to the Comfort Inn, where they were happy to accept him as a guest. Like I said, we've stayed here a ton of times. Because of this incident, we will never stay here again. SHE REFUSED TO CHECK SOMEONE IN. SO DISRESPECTFUL!

Checking in is always fast and each desk agent is always so courteous!

Check-in was quick and efficient. Pool and hot tub were well maintained. Rooms were clean, spacious. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very nice - something for everyone (including 3 kids). Check-out was just as simple.

Grounds are well maintained along with the interior: gym, lobby, pool & room. Very high standards of cleanliness & professionalism by staff. The staff sets the tone of friendliness, courteous & willing to bend over backwards to assist clients. They are what makes the hotel's brand name superior.

Fantastic stop over on our family road trip from Northern California to Phoenix in the middle of summer. Really spacious, clean and comfortable room. The staff were exceptionally friendly and personable.

Ok, I was seriously impressed with the bed! Incredibly comfortable! The room was also laid out very nice. So, it is not a terrible stay, just massively overpriced for the area. I paid less for a room in New York City. The trash can came, prefilled with someone else garbage. A touch I rarely find in Hampton's. There are zero trash containers outside, so make sure you empty the day's accumulation at the neighboring gas station, where soda pop bottles are more than $2.00 less expensive. As far a breakfast goes, the Vegan lifestyle is alive. Expect zero bacon or sausage. Fortunately there is a McDonald's close by for my meat fix, after their very healthy breakfast display. The staff itself is sharp and friendly. I think most of these issues will go away as they settle in. They seemed far to intelligent to not make these adjustments. They are convenient to my customer location, so I will give them one more try before giving up on them.
