Hotel was very comfortable, in a good location, easy parking, clean, and the elevators are really responsive! We stayed in a king suite and enjoyed it a lot. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel was a surprise. Very clean and comfortable. The rooms are just. But smaller than newer hotels but my sister and I were very comfortable with 2 queen beds. Plenty of free parking, very clean lobby and rooms. Staff was cheerful and efficient and helpful. Free breakfast was huge. Anything you might want. The only fault I could find is that there isn't a vent or fan in the bathroom, so it fogs up! I'll stay here again.

The room was clean, but old and worn. Very low ceilings and thin walls. Staff was nice. Convenient location for me for work and no problems. Great hot breakfast included with the room.

The Hotel is conveniently located. It is a no frills hotel, but comfortable, clean, and quiet. The staff couldn't be more responsive or nicer. The breakfast, included in our rate, was just fine. We come to the Rockville area at least twice a year to visit relatives, we are planning to return to the Best Western during our next visit.

Facelift on an ugly hotel - looks ok at first, but then you start to notice that they didn't quite get it right. A/C didn't work. Shower wasn't right and the place has an underlying smell and grossness that comes from having old bones.

The only reason I took star off is because of location - the hotel requires a short drive to downtown Rockville where all the restaurants and shops are located.

The pictures looked nice, but the room was so small that the two of us kept bumping into each other. The bathroom was so small. The room was so hot and the ac didn't work. The only thing half way decent was the breakfast. Would never return. The rooms are very outdated.

Professional, polite, and helpful staff ... but the hotel is older and a bit worn. Overall it's conveniently located for business in Rockville.

Nice hotel, convenient to everything. Lots of parking, breakfast was excellent

The Best Western Hotel in Rockville is convenient for motorists but not for those who must rely on the Washington Metro system. In general, the building is in good condition and clean. The personnel are helpful and generally competent. The breakfast is relatively delectable and nutritious, though guests who insist on have a wide variety of choices might find it somewhat limited. Some of the equipment in the "Fitness Room" did not function properly. Perhaps the biggest disappointment was that the requested wake-up call was never received, even though I had alerted the personnel in the reception beforehand that the telephone in my room did not seem to be functioning properly. (Two relatives informed me that they had left voice messages, but they were not recorded.) By the inflated standards of the Washington area, the rates are moderate. No doubt some people will find them quite reasonable.

Check in was fast and pleasant. Room was clean and comfortable. There was no fan in the bathroom which created a sauna when taking a hot shower. The shuttle to the metro was very convenient. The drivers were friendly and came right away when called. The free breakfast was tasty and offered a lot of variety.

Wonderful, great place! Great staff! Always nice and clean. Really great value for the price. Feels very comfortable. Nice safe area.

My family enjoyed the room and the breakfast food was good. The staff were friendly and available. Easy access off the freeway. There is room for improvement regarding interior. Nothing a good remodel wouldn't fix.

The hotel and rooms are clean, attractive, and comfortable - and the staff is very welcoming. It was a great getaway, and a good price. I would certainly go back again.

overall good experience - staff is very nice but a few things that were a disappointment 1-the fire alarm went off - I know that happens but there seemed to be a lack of clear procedures about communicating with guests - and the alarm was not very loud 2-air conditioning in my room - the reason I stayed therewas so I could have AC in August in DC. The last of 3 nights I was there I could not get the room cooler than high 70s. I was not pleased.

Overall good experience. Front desk staff and breakfast staff were pleasant and helpful. Safe hotel location and close to major activity.

Cigarettes burns and stains on the ground, not a real suite.

Great place ! and very clean ! I recommend this hotel ! breakfast was great !

The hotel was nice but we wish the bathroom was bigger and well me and my husband was eating a piece of trim fell off the wall and we wish there was a coffee table to eat on. Other than that the hotel was a very nice stay.

It took us 30 minutes before being serviced by the receptionist, who was giving a tour to someone else. She was friendly though. Our room was clean, but you could tell it was in need of repair.
