Nice Hotel Just Off the Highway

Nice hotel just off Hwy. 400 with restaurant and fast food options within walking distance. Updated quiet rooms with nice beds and linens. Bathroom was well appointed. Room had microwave and bar fridge. Would stay here again.

Everything was great, room very clean, comfortable beds, and wonderful staff. The only downside is that there is no elevator. If stairs are an issue, make sure to let them know when you book so they know and can accommodate your needs.

Breakfast was a terrible experience, clearly under serviced, nonplates, no meat, had to ask for food to be brought out. Had to ask for everything. Then they were happy to provide it.

The only negative thing about this property is the lack of noise control enforcement by the staff. There were children running up and down the halls screaming all afternoon and evening on both the 2nd and then the 3rd floors. The staff seemed unable to enforce parental control over the children. I think if they had a more authoritarian uniformed security patrolling the property, the challenge could have been handled. Note to self and other guests...pack some earplugs if you need to rest before 11 pm.
