Staff seemed irritaded to help throughout the stay. I was in need of more towels to shower, went to check in counter three times. Each time I asked for more towels and they said they would take them up and never did. Bathroom looked dirty. Room floor was dirty. And the whole room smelled of humidity and mold.

poor maintenance and the room need a thorough cleaning. the rooms need to be renovated.

"After" I quickly squashed 5 cockroaches it didn't matter...because my wife killed 2 more on the bathroom sink...and small ones just kept coming and going. The ENTIRE hotel reeked with the ever permeating smells of a crack/meth house (I have knowledge of that smell). It takes HOURS to get that smell out of your nostrils. ...And I'm not talking about just the inside... On the outside walkways, stairways "Elevator"....EVERYWHERE.....!

Tv doesn’t work, walls are scratched, everything is dirty, I’m surprised this even got an A rating, the bathroom is dirty, there’s hair everywhere and the faucets are bad. The floors are dirty, the bed sheets have stains all over them including hair, the walls are torn and the beds are held together by duct tape, the doors don’t work, they don’t close or open if closed.

This property has alot of cockroaches. I saw one (dead) on my way to the front office this should have been a red flag. The office itself wasn't dirty but wasn't clean, comfortable, or inviting either. The staff seemed like customer service was not high on there list. I inspected the room before i sat anything down and ai seemed okay. A few minutes later i saw 2 roaches i killed them a convinced myself they came in from outside while moving our belongings in. A couple minutes later i noticed another one come from behind the baseboard and that was it for me. I wen to the office and asked for a refund and went to a different establishment.

Torn comforter covers, moldy ceiling, cigarette burned, cracked, filthy tub. Clerk had no mask at check in.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I am a Wyndham fan and that name brings a higher level of expectation for a hotel. The room was filthy, as was the grounds. The odor of fresh Marijuana, as in being growing, was so strong, I would not be surprised if it was being grown on the property. The dog relief area was the cleanest part!!!

Dirty and smelly. Bugs crawling Used to stay there a lot over last 30 years but never again.

As soon as i came in to the room i saw a roaches that welcome us.. the sham of bed that is ripped , the towels are very old, should be white but looks brown , need Clorox to whiten it .. i requested a bathroom for handicap but the shower is not fix.. The only consolation i got was the air-con , really cold. The staff are friendly. The area is good . there are food chains around and gas stAtion ( Arco )

The sheets and linen were clean. Towels were clean, but only provided two which were nearly threadbare for a room that sleeps four. You could plainly see that the room door had been pried open before with chipped paint bent frame and a crooked replacement of the lock. The shower was not non-skid and most of the coating had worn off leaving a grayish dingy appearance. The room was missing a refrigerator and a phone too. Leaving us to feel that the staff/owners take little pride in their hotel or work.

My overall stay was fine the room was clean but outside they were renovating some it was dirty Dusty and the property around there isn't the greatest not a homeless people wandering around overall it was good stay

This is the most horrible place I have been to; I arrived to find a very odorous room and crawling animals all over the bathroom.

I like it, the carpets were not clean. Other things like blankets where clean. Bathroom clean but had cigarette burn on bathtub. The staff was nice but the two guys seem to be very high on weed. I believe in the freedom of smoking but after work to before work. Is not professional working high and specially in case of an emergency.

Tv doesn’t work, walls are scratched, everything is dirty, I’m surprised this even got an A rating, the bathroom is dirty, there’s hair everywhere and the faucets are bad.
