Bugs in room, ripped sheets, and sketchy people everywhere. Trying to request a refund be cause I took one look at the room and got out quick. Manager was unsympathetic and unhelpful.
I don’t think I liked anything. The entire place is disgusting. The bed box springs was in such bad shape the bed flexed into a u when sat on. I had to pull the mattress off and set it on the floor. The outside of the building is disgusting. Don’t stay here. That’s really all I need to say.
Didn't like anything!! Dirty, ghetto, bad surroundings, noisy, shower knob not adjustable.......
The employees were rude and wasn't too enthused nor did it seem that they fulfilled the expectations of good customer service or any assistance to their customers unless customers were from it of town or state. Those customers received awesome service yet a local resident was treated differently, which want fair at all.
It was a great day, it was nice and quiet and comfortable
It's fine only because the price is about fifty a night, however you'll find rooms that time forgot. Over two nights we killed no less than 7 cockroaches, so be ready for some level of whack a mole. The beds were relatively clear, so that moves it from horrible to tolerable.
It was a plain and simple Hotel. The bath area was very clean. It worked great for my short overnight stay.
The room was infested with cockroaches and bugs . Visibly enough that it was noticed in mins of walking in. There is no way someone clesning the room wouldnt know this ! The bed , walls , fridge. bathroom , lights , sink , corners of carpets all crawling and infested ! The health department should shut it down
Ok. Price was too expensive for the quality of room. Would like a discount on my next stay.
The ladies all were so nice and helpful. Me and my daughter arrived after 2am and knowing the checkout was at 11am I accidentally overslept i called the office explaining how me and my daughter got there late and if we can have extra time to get ready and without any problems or any questions one of the ladies whom I was speaking with right away gave me an extra hour which was a big help!!
