Read before booking: The Avila Beach area is undergoing several construction projects, including the construction of a new home at a neighboring lot. Even though SLO County noise ordinance is enforced, from time to time guest may experience construction noise.

Sunsetter is a 2 minute walk to the beach and downtown Avila Beach. The condo is located in one of the best gated community locations - Ocean 17. Entering the home at street level, there is a large jr suite (queen bed, twin/sleeper chair) with fireplace, TV, walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom. Also at street level is the 2 car garage and full size laundry center. Up a flight of stairs is the main living area with fireplace, gourmet kitchen with stainless-steel Viking appliances, breakfast bar and master suite.

From the kitchen is panoramic mountain views with balcony. The front balcony has a propane BBQ, and seating for 2. The front balcony is located off the kitchen making it convenient for meal prep and serving. Just off the living room is another balcony with a spiral staircase that leads to a spacious rooftop deck. The rooftop is perfect for lounging or entertaining. The BBQ center has a built-in mini refrigerator, gas BBQ.

Sunsetter is a corner unit in the complex, once the builder's private unit with many extra touches and amenities. A 2 minute walk to the beach, and easy stroll to Avila Beach Golf Course and Bob Jones biking and walking trail.
