Many of the amenities were still closed due to the pandemic but they were super kind and helpful.

The location was great but too many homeless people around. Little scary to walk late nightz

Very clean and tidy. Friendly staff! Great location

I didn't like the cost to park at the hotel. I have nothing more to add.

The view was horrible. Some warehouses were the best I got. Rooms were ok for one night

Property was very nice, the suite we stayed in was extremely spacious. I was disappointed with the bathroom being so small. I prefer the Courtyard Marriotts over other hotels and have stayed in smaller rooms with larger bathrooms.

Nice hotel, very clean, amazing staff. Had a great time.

Very nice overall , Will definitely book again. Nice and friendly staff, very nice and clean facility, Nice area with lots of Restaurants to go eat, Great Breakfast options.

Location was great, but for the price it would have been nice to not sleep on a bed, hard as a rock. Hotel really needs the rooms updated.

The room had a microwave, fridge, and coffee maker but only 2 places to plug 3 items. The microwave and coffee maker were unplugged you had to pull out the refrigerator to plug in the coffee maker in the microwave . The website advertise that the hotel had a pool and spa but there was no hot tub just an indoor pool . When calling downstairs to speak to the hotel staff they just stated that the hotel will soon be undergoing renovations and they were sorry. Nothing was actually done to help the situation

The staff at the reception desk was consistently friendly and helpful. We had a comfortable and quiet room. Our one complaint is that the store in the lobby had very high prices. A small bag of chips cost twice what you would pay at a convenience store just one block from the hotel.

We were disappointed to find that although it is still listed and pictured on Orbitz the hot tub no longer exists here!

The Courtyard and Residence Inn appeared to be mirror images of each other and share the same building. It was located close to everything downtown, but the rooms were small, noisy, and very, very basic. The decor seemed like it was right from the 1980's, small couch with rough fabric, commercial carpet, small bathtub, etc. I would not have complained if the rate was a third of what I was charged, but I've stayed in much nicer rooms with more amenities in top cities for less money. Kind of turned me off the whole Courtyard brand.

The room was nice and clean. We asked for a late checkout of 12:00 and the front desk declined our request. We had to be out by 11:00 a.m.. Will we not stay there again.

We stayed one night and it was good for our needs. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The hotel staff sent up delivery menus when they told us their cafe had already closed. It was quiet and they have quite a nice store for late night snacks. Parking is a little expensive in the garage but it beats the alternative.
