My issue is with the way monetary transactions are handled. I had completely paid for my stay prior to my arrival so the only charge should be for my amenities. An attempt was made to put a $250 hold plus $60 parking on my card. The manager said it was declined by my bank so they did it again. A very long story made short is that they made numerous charges to my account ($250, $60, $290,$5,$330 and an additional $20 after I left) for a total of $955. These amounts are still pending at my bank and the money inaccessible to me. Bottom line is a total of $335 (for hold, parking and a $5 icecream) should have been charged with $250 returned at check out. The problem is various employees charged my card on various occasions with different amounts. The explanation given was convoluted and never addressed the “why?”. Exhausted, I left with the hope that it all shakes out correctly in the next few days. The apology would have been unacceptable for a person who could not have afforded to have $900 essentially frozen during the course of their vacation. The facility itself was fine but this…

The initial check-in was good. After you check in you stop at a second counter to receive your key for your room. The clerk tries to pitch a time share meeting but it’s up to you to accept it but not required. They give you a choice of wristband or key card to move around the hotel with, after parking my car my wife and i proceeded to the room. The room was a nice size had all the amenities you would need to cook yourself. The highlight of the room was the balcony with a great view of Atlantic City and surrounding hotels. We were right across from the hard rock so you could see the illuminated sign as well as the oceans hotels. The phones were giving issues in the room had call from our cell phones to get fixed but once fixed the line was busy so we weren’t to happy with that. We also asked for towels and wash cloths and only received a big bag of towels which was another let down. The shower curtains were stained with idk what. The toilets worked very good though. They offer a lot of pizza shop options to choose to eat from but my best suggestion would to research food spots on your own in the area. Plenty to choose from. The gym was ok along with the arcade room. I liked that they offer movie showings within the hotel. They don’t offer room service to have the room cleaned you have to clean everything yourself. My opinion i wouldn’t really choose this as a first option. Leave this establishment as a last option.

The room was clean, nicely decorated, any appliance and any cooking utensil were present. They even had coffee filters and coffee for the coffee maker. The couch bed was extremely comfortable which is uncommon! What I didn’t like was only certain rooms got a jacuzzi and we didn’t. No way to know or guarantee if you are getting a jacuzzi or not but all rooms same price! They had no condiments on site, so anything you need you must bring. The shower was ridiculous small. Great trip, great balcony, great experience overall.

We had a fabulous time at Club Wyndham. We had a two bedroom suite which was perfect for the six of us. We had a fantastic view from the 21st floor parking is a breeze although it does cost $25 per day to park on site. Do not let remarks about the elevators. Turn you away from this location. The elevators are now working on a smart system, and we did not wait longer than five minutes for an elevator most of the time it was there pretty quickly. We loved our stay, and we will be back!

This property is good for families. I really wish they offered complimentary coffee every day instead of just on Saturday. And larger coffee cups.

Everything was so great…

I like that there is a balcony and 2 bedroom suites. I hate the elevator system, it is really inconvenient.

Clean, friendly staff, good amenities

Staff was extremely friendly, especially Ali. Even with the power outage Ali and other staff members were accommodating and always friendly!

easy check in

Great view from higher floors. Spacious. Was haggled for what appeared to be a time share Immediately upon arrival. Was told by concierge to avoid streets at night and only use boardwalk. Note that checkout was early at 10 am. We were told our unit wasn’t checked out by another party on our checkout day. However, if we stayed for a late checkout it would cost us $30 for a 1 hour extension. If we stayed until 11 a, it would cost $50 and it would cost $70 if we stayed until 1pm. We stayed 5 nights and just didn’t expect these sort of fees to stay 1 hour later. We typically are offered this extension for free especially after staying that many nights in what seemed like a non-peak time. Left a sour taste for us.

Check In/Out process is contactless…AMAZING! The elevators are undergoing an upgrade/renovation so they only have 2/3 operating. They run suuuuuper slow

I didn't like the slow pace of the elevator, also the pressure to attend timeshare meeting and to buy timeshare, vacation should be no pressure.

Great place to get your money’s worth. Will definitely be back.

The property is beautiful and very clean. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. The only downside is that the 3 elevators are EXTREMELY slow…..and they have 30 floors, not including Penthouse

Staff very friendly. What i didnt like was that the peak gours of checking in and out the elevator situation was bad. We had to walk up and down the stairs to get out. The wait for the elevator was 15 to 20 min just to get on. Thank god we were only on the 10th floor. Theres more than 30 floors

Hotel and room were perfect. The elevator situation qas awful. Had only 3 elevators and could easily wait to go up or down over 20 mins. Parking garage was small and packed. Only a loud 1 car per room so other car had to be parked up the street. Good location. Overall great time in Atlantic city

Nice Balconies but they can be cleaned and updated. Good location, close to boardwalk. Expect delays at elevator. Small pool. Nice to be close to everything, without casino on premise.
