Everything was fine except I thought the $27/day valet charge was excessive. On street parking is scarce and I didn’t want to spend my vacation driving around and around the block looking for an open space, as one valet suggested. My ocean view room had a sideways view and a good view of the tops ...
Beautiful newer hotel and the girl at the front desk was very friendly and helpful! The hotel was spotless and comfortable. We always stay at Best Western if possible, we’ve never had a bad experience with Best Western!
My husband and I stayed here after visiting Ponte Vedra beach. It’s a solid downtown hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the facilities were good. We had a good view of the sunset from our room. I only wish the pool was operational.
I would just like to say that I’ve had great experiences and have enjoyed my stay with Motel 6 Jacksonville airport location most notably giving credit to there front desk receptionist Ms. Yaya. She has always been cordial and have made my stay exceptionally pleasant. I would just like to this location ...
when I in around 8pm the staff was great. Morning staff was great, I was late for check out, staff became rude. I was willing to pay the difference, because I new I was Late. I was given 20 min per staff to change and leave, maids followed me up and wanted to clean the room . I told them it was done ...
Pulled right up into the valet parking. Greeted with champagne for birthday celebration and staff was friendly from the moment we arrived and throughout our stay.
Nice, clean, comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Toilet was clogged and nearly overflowed. We reported it shortly after check-in. No one came! We called again later, and still no one came! At check-out we told the desk attendant again, and he shook his head and said, "Good to know." Not promising and very inconvenient for us.
Nice, quiet hotel and in good area near the beach with nearby shopping and eateries.
No real complaints about hotel. It's starting to look a little run down but we had no issues. We walked across the street to the Beach and Slidders -a seafood restaurant. The breakfast at the hotel was great. Maybe a few more tables would be nice in the breakfast area. I was able to check in early since our room was ready. The room was a good size and very nice. (We were on the opposite side of the ocean) We went downtown and walked at the state parks and saw Fort Clinch. The only problem we ended up having is when looking at the ocean from the hotel front we decided to walk right instead of left on the beach. We ended up in the Residential side of the beach and ended up walking the road back (should have went back to the beach)
