This place has lots of character and charm. There is no pool, Jacuzzi or business center - but, the rooms are nice and the there is on site dining with great views.
Nice, clean, comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Toilet was clogged and nearly overflowed. We reported it shortly after check-in. No one came! We called again later, and still no one came! At check-out we told the desk attendant again, and he shook his head and said, "Good to know." Not promising and very inconvenient for us.
Had a wonderful time, the hotel isn’t oceanfront as listed but it was an easy walk across the street.
Check-in was at 3pm but I called at 8am and spoke to Ms. Abigail and explained to her that I was traveling 2 hours to visit Jacksonville for Valentines Day and wanted to have room decorated for my girlfriend before we actually drove down to stay the night. She rushed housekeepers to clean room and actually let me check-in at 12 so I could get done with what I needed to do. Room was also very clean to be rushed. Overall entire experience was awesome. We will definitely stay here again if in Jacksonville again.
