I have photos of the room. It wasn’t cleaned properly. The drawer was very dusty. The floor especially at the windows had a lot of dirt. We had 1 toilet paper, no Shampoo, no body wash no conditioner, the dispenser in the shower were completely empty. The window needs a good cleaning also, you can’t see outside too well because it’s dirty. When asking g for items you have to call front desk and the place you on hold so they can call a different department or they just hang up on you. The gentleman that checked us on was very nice to us. The guy in the restaurant in the morning during breakfast so nice.

Hotel in need of updating. Several broken things throughout our room and the hotel. Roof top pool is small and it was cloudy but the view was amazing. The checkin line was slow and there was no order example: got to the clerk and was told to step over to the next clerk because there are two hotels: I believe this should have separate signs before you get in line or both clerks should be able to check in to either hotel especially on a busy day ( people where so frustrated). I never give bad reviews but this hotel experience made me. There are better hotel choices

Poo!!

We parked in self parking and our first experience to the hotel was to arrive on floor 7 (back entrance) to sooo much dog poop through the entire hall. I told the first staff and he said he didn’t understand me. I told the next man and he acted as if he was going to do something about it. But the next morning it was still there! Probably 20 dog poop turds in a line in the hallway.

Worst Staybridge I've stayed at. The parking garage had a low clearance so we had to take down our cargo bag full of stuff. The problem with that was there wasn't a place to do it because of where the garage was and the descending hill for the entrance of it. Then we had to find the lobby from the parking garage. The skywalk was so hot, we were sweating just walking through, let alone carrying all of our stuff. Auto doors were more manual, so our full hands had to open it. Lobby was nice, but that's about it. The rooms were least to say so run down that we almost decided to leave. But having to go through all that just to get there, we decided to stay. No extra blankets for the pull out sofa. 2 towels for 6 people. Empty shampoo and body wash containers on dispenser wall. Bars in shower were literally coming off at the ends. Door was missing parts of it like someone tried to eat it. Every 10 minutes the surrounding walls made noise that sounded like someone roller skating across a wood floor. Even pool was closed for maintenance so we couldn't use that. We did try to call down to the desk, but no answer. Even after all the prompted conversation with trying to reach someone, we stopped trying. Took a little nap till the sun came up, and left....

The hotel didn’t look bad on the outside, the photos presented were decent. However, the inside was terrible. I had a room on the 23rd floor, the room smelled like cigarettes, the windows were sealed with blue painters tape for whatever reason, the shower was insanely dirty. The furniture was scratched up like a cat lived there. Everything was dusty. Under the bed was full of spider webs. The bed sheets had holes in it. I called housekeeping twice to request clean washcloths and towels that I never received until I bumped into someone by the pool and asked. The breakfast was terrible as well and the dishes were dirty. I saw a guest pick up a plate and put it back down because there was still food residue on it, a server that was wiping down tables, wiped that plate with the rage rag he was cleaning the tables with. Totally ruined my appetite. All of that and parking was $32. Ridiculous.

This desk chair is terrible. Peeled leather?

I guess these are supposed to be sealed cracks in the sink? Not sure.

The shower literally speaks for itself. Disgusting.

Terrible! Had to move rooms twice to finally get to a room that wasn’t 80 degrees. Doors had 2 inch gap between the floor and the door. You could literally see in the hotel room.

The location was convenient, but the room itself was extremely outdated and very filthy. Not worth the price at all. Valet was very convenient and really good. The breakfast was OK. Overall, I would not stay at this hotel again due to the lack of cleanliness.
