What lovely welcoming staff. Very helpful. Very clean, what you would expect from this standard of hotel. The hotel is positioned not far from all the need to do/see/get attractions. Would highly recommend this hotel.
Nice upscale property but not pretentious. Well appointed restaurants, lounges and sitting areas in the lobby area. The rooms are spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable with WiFi and other amenities. We chose it for its proximity to the Fox Theater--a short leisurely walk. Georgia Tech is in the area and also within walking distance of many of its facilities, including the football stadium. The Varsity is right around the corner. Excellent place to stay in Mid-Town.
The hotel was renovated recently. It looks amazing. The service was great the only downside is the overpriced parking fee. Has coffee shops and restaurants inside. The location is also great, close to everything. I didnt like atlanta mostly because everything closes early compared to miami and other cities, we would get out of our meetings at 5 and didnt have time to make it to some of the attractions
Husband was here for a conference and were booked here for 4 nights. King Deluxe rooms were all booked for first night so we settled on 2 queens with a checkout and check back in after the first night into the King. When we went down to make the change they informed us that they had us in the Queen for the rest of the stay and didn't show a confirmation of the change. When I tried to bring it up my phone to clarify, somehow they miraculously found the confirmation. Hmmmm. All the Kings were booked but they could now put us in one of the Handicap suites, fine by us but were hoping that we weren't taking it from someone in need. The room - King gives you alot of room to walk around in so choose his. Be aware that they have balconies but you have no access to them the handles on the sliding doors had all been removed. As we had the opportunity to stay in 2 different rooms we took note that both room had windows that were filthy , to the point where you couldn't take pictures of the view because of the dirt, and the noise facing the north made it hard to sleep because be aware there is a hospital next door.. No fridges in room but you can request one to be sent up. We also had no safe in either room which I thought was a prerequisite in a business hotel? Our handicap room had no towel bars in the bathroom, it was like they just turned the towel bar sideways to give disabled a bar to get in and out of the tub. Made it difficult to try to live the green as we had no place other then the shower curtain rod to hang any towels. Amenities - They have a Farmers Market little deli in the lobby which no surprise was way overpriced but we were surprised to find a few things. They wouldn't sell us just a glass of milk( strange as they supply if for all of the fancy coffee's they make. On one of the days we wanted just an order of toast of bagel or anything plain. Nope fancy danish or sugar laden cakes. I did manage to find a garden salad for $10 for lunch. Gym and Pool - Pool had signs that said not open for season but please take advantage of the deck although it was obviously up and ready to go. I did take advantage of the deck but be aware your room keys are not easy to activate the door and I was trapped on the deck until I could flag down housekeeping who saw me banging on the door. Gym was wonderful ( a little hot, I do wish they would put fans in these places) lots of equipment and machines to choose from and obviously new. I do have to give Kudo's to the young men at drive thru who helped me figure out my Uber App. Too many bumps in the road for me to refer this hotel, disappointing.
Great location in midtown. Nice neighborhood. Rooms were very clean. Fancy and modern interior. Very comfortable. Friendly staff. Tiffany was fantastic! So kind and helpful and fun. I highly recommend it!
Cumberland Christian Academy high school had its Spring Formal at the Crowne Plaza in Midtown, Atlanta. We couldn't have asked for anything better. It is an excellent place to host events. We were on the 25th floor and the view was spectacular. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was great. Everyone at the hotel went above the call of duty to make this a special night. If you are planning an event, I highly recommend this hotel. Lisa Clement did an excellent job at coordinating this event. Every hotel employee worked hard to make sure this was a night to remember for our students. Thanks again to everyone at this hotel for this great experience.
In town for business. Hotel room was very modern and updated. We also rented a room for business meetings. The manager had a reception following for our teams. Greatly appreciated. Only recommended improvement would be in room safes to allow for peace of mind when leaving valuable items in the room.
The room was just O K. The balcony door should have been locked and It wasn't. Someone had broken the door to gain access to the balcony so the door looked horrible. There was no vent in the bathroom.
I arrived for a business trip and was hoping that the front desk would aid me in handing out gift bags to some coworkers as they checked in. Not only were they willing to do this, but Fay, Lakisha and Tiffany also insisted on helping me assemble the bags and make it fun when our staff members arrived to the hotel. They went above and beyond! I would recommend for anyone to stay here.
My company held their annual retreat at this hotel in Atlanta, and all the details - from check-in to the restaurant to the conference rooms themselves - were perfect. The most illustrative example I can offer: when checking in, I discovered my room was adjoining. It's a personal quirk that I prefer no adjoining rooms when I travel by myself, and have been to hotels who refused to accommodate. Not this one - without hesitation, the staff at the front desk made sure I was in a new room and comfortably settled in within minutes. I thought their customer service was exceptional, and would call out Tiffany, Sabra and Shakil for making this out-of-towner feel so at home in Atlanta.
