Centrally located. Fun pool area. Liked the protein bars at the check-in jars. Only problem was the fire alarm that went off on Monday morning that woke and kept us up before 7am.

Good location. Nice pool and fitness areas. Restaurants were not open for dinner as advertised

The staff was pleasant and very friendly and helpful. hotel was close to everything but there was no complementary breakfast which I was told when I booked the room breakfast was included in the room . parking was very expensive $40 a day which I thought was expensive but I guess that's normal rate for that area downtown.

It was in a good location. It had plenty of seating in the large lobby. The Starbucks coffee was not hot for any of our family had to microwave it. Sheila was very welcoming and she remembered everyone’s name. In town for a wedding and she made the hotel stay very nice! Property was older but with her kindness, it was so nice and made up for anything not up to par.

They over booked and sent me to another property. This made my meetings (purpose for visiting Atlanta) very difficult to manage, and made transportation issues much more complex. I was never given a good reason as to why I was bumped. Also, when the clerk took me out to a cab to take me to the other hotel I was taken to the second cab in line, which created a near fight between that driver and the one in the first cab. All in all, not handled professionally or with much thought to what I was having to deal with because of an issue with the hotel.

Pool was nice but cost of parking was expensive. No refrigerator and ice machine were always empty

Everything was very clean and the employees were very helpful.

Strong smell of cannabis in the vents. Someone knocked on the door around 11PM, but nobody was there when we answered it. After midnight, someone pulled a fire alarm (we evacuated using the fire route, ,because a fire is no joke or hoax in a building that size). It was a false alarm. We eventually got half to sleep, drowned out by the sounds of motorcycle races nearby until about 4AM. We mercifully checked out around 11AM the next morning, but the valet didn't bring the vehicle for about 30 minutes while we waited. We'll never stay here again.

No shower curtain in the room. Room was dated and kind of dirth

I realize the is located in Midtown, I was expecting more bang for my buck.

Pool area was nice and relaxing. Towels needed to be refreshed

Good place right in the middle of the city. Rooms are clean and oderly

Had to call for room service to deliver a remote control, and several hours later was not delivered until a second call was made. Room on 8thh floor still had traffic noise. Lighting in the room made the place look dingy and drab. As a positive: Staff we encountered were extremely courteous and professional.
