Uniquely situated and oh so close to the park, stunning views of LA, the Hills, and the park. Executive floor quiet and restful. Great shower, comfortable beds, outstanding linens and towels. Clean! Staff are professional and friendly. Sel parking easy and convenient with all day in and out privileges.restaurant options - great food- perfect room service.
I liked how close it was to Universal Studios and City Walk. We even used the water jet message chairs they had in the lobby. They felt great after a long day of walking around. Will be back for sure.
Everything was excellent! The cleaning staff is amazing and deserve a raise! The one area of improvement is that check-in was a long process with a long line. A fully digital contactless check-in experience would be great, it would make hotels feel like they're finally in the 21st century.
