Pool was very clean. Temp and chemicals were good. They had the pool door blocked open which I don;t like at all. If you are legit you can use the key card. Room was clean but a bit outdated. Needs to be updated soon as far as decor, etc. Breakfast was good. Nice stay, as long as they dont start charging more than they are worth.Get a discount price.
Very Nice Hotel at a reasonable price. The room was clean, well appointed and comfortable. The hotel staff at the front desk were helpful making for a very pleasant stay overnight. Will stay here again if we return to the area.
We were here for the Warbirds fly in. Easy access to the event. No negatives here. Breakfast was well done and taken care of. Room was clean and very comfortable. Refrigerator and microwave in the room.
Recent visit of several nights. The room was clean, though 'something' was triggering our allergies. The bathroom was also clean. The fresh lemon water in the lobby was refreshing surprise. Breakfast room was kept clean, and breakfast was reasonably good, standard fare hotel hot breakfast. The pool was nice, clean, and a comfortable temperature. The spa worked and was a moderate temperature, comfortable.
Checked in late after the Oshkosh air show. Went to our room and immediately after opening the door and entering, there was a very strong cigarette smoke odor. I started sneezing and coughing and ended up having a full blown asthma attack. We called the front desk. The lady at the desk couldn't do anything for us. She said she'd send the lady who was driving the shuttle up when she returned. After waiting a while, I called back and said we had to leave. This was a health concern. I literally couldn't breathe well in the room. She said the lady should be back any minute. A few minutes later, there was a knock on the door. We were finally offered a different room. Luckily, this was a smoke free room. We went to sleep in the very saggy bed. (Big U in the middle) My husband woke up with a bad back ache from the bed. Speaking of waking up, that was at 6:30 (after being up well past midnight due to the previous room issue and trying to get my breathing under control), because the alarm in the room was set to that time by someone else. Oh well, back ache, not a lot of sleep, at least we can take a shower, right? Wrong! I got in the shower. Very little water pressure, but I can deal with that. However, before I even got fully wet, the water stopped completely. Are you kidding me?! Called the desk again. They said others reported the issue too. They'd call maintenance. Waited and waited. Never heard back. Housekeeping stopped by, though. Not to help with our shower issue, but to ask if we had a major leak as there was flooding below us. We assured them that our sink, that didn't drain well, wasn't leaking on the floor. And then we left. Not a single person apologized for any of this. Customer service 101. Apologize if your guests are having a horrible experience. Is wanting to breathe in a property that's supposed to be smoke free and wanting a shower really too much to ask out of your $265 a night hotel? Also, if you are still considering staying here, you should know that "suite", that just means dirty old love seat and a small, portable refrigerator and microwave. Really, really not worth the extra money.
I stayed 3 nights. Very friendly staff, nice spacious, clean room. Really comfortable bed. Good hot breakfast in the morning and cookies all the time at the front desk. I will stay here again when in town.
The hotel is very clean. The staff is nice and helpful. There are multiple doors with room keyed entry so you can get to your room easily and park close by. The room had two full sized beds. Super comfy! Lots of pillows. There was a refrigerator, microwave, two chairs and a desk, one of which was a upholstered chair (not a desk chair), iron, hair dryer, coffeemaker with coffee and tea packets, soaps and lotion . Bathroom was simple but clean. Some road noise because our room faced the highway a short distance away. Hotel is close to the airport. Hotel offers a free shuttle. Pool was clean but we didn't have time to use it. Over all, I have stayed at three hotels in this area and this is the one I will book from now on.
Our room was near the pool, but was never noisy. The room space is ample for four adults. Microwave and fridge are nice amenities. The breakfast is very complete. Parking is a little wonky, but otherwise the experience was positive. Staff is very helpful. Next time I will ask for a balcony room.
This hotel was very clean and the lady checking me in was very friendly and helpful. My room was very spacious but for the price you pay for this area, I think it is on the high side for what you get. I would book here again only due to the lack of Choice Brand hotels in this area.
My husband and I went to visit a friend while he was working in Fond du Lac for an extended stay. It was centrally located had upcoming events listed in the room,an had just been redone not long ago. Has a pool a hot tub and a free breakfast, which was good. Good restaurants not too far away also.
