If you need a place to stay, you can stay here. It's not bad. We were ok the 3rd floor and the guests above us we're moving around and up through the night, and we could hear everytime they walked. That coupled with the fact that the wall AC wasn't correctly fixed to the wall and had a gap, and didn't cool the place until the morning wasn't helpful. The place was clean enough, had a smell but lots of old hotels too. It was alright but a little lacking for what we paid.

Strict 3p check-in because of system update with current reservations. Yet though 2 terminals, a single staff member handled check-in? Line had formed and Senior Citizens were skipped.

Not a good area!

This hotel is nice in a very not so nice area. Definitely was fearful of leaving anything in the car overnight. Also we arrived 20minutes before the advertised 3pm check in time. Maybe 6 cars on the property and the manager Teresa P. Would not allow us to check in early even though it was obvious rooms were ready. Staff were changing shifts. When asked about the safety of the area she replied “all cities have problems with homeless” my advice leave things in your car at your own risk!!! Or…. You could stay somewhere else. I won’t be back.
