It was refreshing to have the whole family of 8 in one booking.

Close to Busch Gardens and water. Friendly and helpful staff.

The units were close to the recreations areas available at the site. The rooms were beautiful and very comfortable to stay in. I rested very well.

The waterslides were very fun

The Williamsburg Lodge is located right in the middle of Colonial Williamsburg. We walked everywhere and didn’t have to use the car for 3 days. It is an older hotel but that is what gives it the cozy historical charm.

Property was Convenient and close to everything.

We had a great stay.

The hospitality, location, and layout of the property was great. However inside the rooms need to be updated and there were spiders and ants inside the master bathroom. Need to be kept updated and checked for bugs on a regular basis especially in the summertime.

Staff was great !! Pool was real cloudy. If you wanted breakfast you had to pay....come on this is a Hilton !!

I didn't realize the rooms were not necessarily inside the hotel but rather around the large property. Having said that, they were very nice and I would stay again.

The property was a little run down in spots but was very clean, staff was great and the stay was comfortable.

My go to hotel each time I visit Bush Gardens.

Fantastic time had by all!! So many amenities for the kids and in a great location. It was only 10-15 minutes from the parks (Busch Gardens & Water Country). I would definitely recommend to someone traveling to the area with young children.

Still being renovated a little dusty. No ground floor rooms a being renovated. Courtyard area is a cheap awkward design.

Bed was super comfy! so quiet! Everyone was super nice, the text message option was top tier!

Very comfortable and quiet suite with king size bed right next door to the historic town. Good rates. So-so breakfast but still respectable. Charging spot for your EV but bring your own lockable charging cable.
