IRONMAN® vacations in Williamsburg, VA

Out door pool Closed, mini golf closed at 8 pm. It was 87 degrees out and made the indoor pool overwhelmed.

The room had a very strange chemical smell to it as did the dishes. We booked a room on hotels.com for five people, but the room only had beds for four people to rectify the situation. They recommended we book an additional room. The indoor swimming pool closed at 9 PM, which did not give us time ...

Beautiful property!! Highly recommend.

Staff was extremely helpful, friendly and nice. The rooms are a little outdated and could use some sprucing up. The water park is nice but should be renovated to keep it modern and appealing to the eye. Overall the kids enjoyed the stay.

Very nice older hotel , beds were extremely small but we had double . Breakfast was superb and staff was great .

It was a great place especially for a family of 5.

Great breakfast selection. Fresh fruits, and freshly cooked omelet. My kids love to stay at Hilton Gardens; they specifically asked to stay here after last year’s stay. They love your omelet! Indeed, other similar hotels didn’t serve it. Will come back again!

My room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful, but the property is in need of repair and updates. The pool and parking lot were in disrepair making me think construction is imminent?

The activities center/staff is really nice. The rooms are outdated and showing their age. However - the time-share push at checkout is horrible and way too intense. Soured our entire experience of the place and will not go back because of it.

Rooms oversold. Arrived at 1 am. To one bed for four people. This cannot happen without apologizing and some effort to make it right.

Location is in walking distance to visitor center so you do not have to pay extra for parking. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is mostly carb based with boiled eggs. Wish to have more protein options like scrambled eggs, sausages or bacon.
