Love this place

Great location. Limited help. Horrible coffee after 30 minute wait every morning. Zero in room cleaning

-Outdated hotel -Dirty and musty smelling room -way overpriced at $310 a night, should be $50 -Hallways and elevators littered w/ trash -furniture in room also outdated -Would NOT stay here again

Extremely overpriced, bait and switch “Resort”. Pools that were open hours sucked. Beds were uncomfortable. Staff approached me more then once asking basically what am I doing trying very badly to act polite. Decided to stop at the bar and was told he already did last call but continued to serve other patrons even ones that weren’t already there. As I do appreciate there cleanliness and attention to there properties, I don’t see going back to experience all that was supposed to be offered.

Hotel is really expensive. I bought the deluxe room in the tower just to have a view of the lake. To our surprise, we got stucked in the 3rd floor with views to the roof and nothing more. Also, we got the room right next to the elevator, it was terrible, you can hear everything on the hallway and also normal conversations in the room right next to ours. Paper thin walls. The best thing was the bathroom but how much time you spend in the bathroom. Room was small. Hotel is nice if you want to play golf, if not it is really far from the beach, probably you can find cheapers and better hotels along the lake.

Pricey, but beautiful views. Staff was friendly but seem inexperienced

The room was dirty not clean at all. The was food on the couch from the previous person that used the room.

Outside pool was very nice, clean, and enjoyable. Music was not too loud and pool bar was great. Great staff at the pool bar.

GTR is a fun place to stay with lots to do. They have a glass elevator that shows great views. The pool area is fun for kids with a waterslide.

The stay was fine. It met expectations, but no more. The room was simple, a little dated, but it worked.

We got upgraded to a huge room with a spectacular view! The place is very classy!

We've stayed here many times over the years and we've always enjoyed it. However, this year we noticed it's looking quite worn - fixtures are older, ceiling tiles and dirty and dingy, etc. It just needs an update.

Room was great. Restairants and pool were excellent
